I had tried them once before when I was at Revere Beach & they were there with their truck so I knew they are good. I ordered (Uber Eats delivered) two build your own ice cream sandwiches. I came here with some friends on a Friday evening around 6:30pm. We definitely beat the rush because we were the only ones when we got there, but the place was packed by the time we left. Luckily, there is plenty of seating. As an added bonus, the interior is currently decorated for the holidays. I opted for the Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich with Crunchasaurus ice cream, which, to my surprise, was "Cookie Monster" blue. The ice cream they serve is made by Richardson's, and it seems that the cookies are made in-house. The ice cream sandwich itself was pretty big, which I have no problem with, but it was a little difficult to bite for that reason, so I ended up just eating the ice cream and cookies separately. This place has the best milkshake/frappe I've ever had! They are called quakes and are made with Richardson's ice cream (many flavors to choose from) and a cookie mix in of your choice. Big cookie chunks on top with a spoon along with cookie chunks blended in make this thing nuts! I've never been to the food truck, so this was my first time trying the cookies. I ordered a cookie sandwich with Oreo stuffed and coffee Oreo ice cream. The cookie was strong enough to support the ice cream, but soft enough to eat. In terms of the Oreo stuffed component, I felt like there may not have been enough Oreo cream- double stuffed might be a better choice in the cookie. The ice cream was really good- it hadn't completely melted by the time we got home, either. The price did seem a little high, but the portions are very large, so it's not too bad. I would suggest make multiple sizes, though, because it's almost impossible to finish a cookie sandwich in one sitting. Overall, I would give it four stars. read more
