This has never happened before. The ribs were over cooked the outside was hard. Not sure what's going on but I noticed different workers and maybe something has changed. I called back to complain and was not offered a refund or something else to replace the food. Times are difficult and we don't have money to waste on food that's not edible. Wasted money...
