Very chill place with seating for about 13 people. Really quick to-go prep. I'd highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area.

Food is delicious, fresh, & made upon order. I was excited to be able to eat delicious Hawaiian food on the mainland. Portions are generous. Always have leftovers. Owners and staff are always very nice.

I had been craving spam musubi and finally came to this place. I was not disappointed. Their spam musubi was two for $7.50. I got the sunset drink as well (guava, lychee, and lime), which was yummy. Would definitely recommend you check this place out, it's family-owned, and you can tell they take pride in their food and service. The ambiance is very nice and colorful.

I've been wanting to check this place out for a while and finally made my way over. The food was absolute delicious! I tried the mix plate, with the kalua pork and the adoba chicken, the pork was so yummy and was by far my favorite. The macaroni salad was so so good! Literally some of the best I've ever had. I tried the fish taco as well and it was so delicious!! The service was great and the inside is very cute and welcoming! I will definitely be back to check out more of the menu!

Loco moco with over medium and scrambled eggs, greens and macaroni salad!

Best gravy on the loco moco. Macaroni salad was fantastic. Bbq grilled chicken was juicy and seasoned properly. The staff and owner were very welcoming and friendly. It felt like you visited someone's home in Hawaii and they're super hospitable. Our new favorite spot. We'll be stopping by again when we visit our kids in the city. Better than rainbow cafe in Hawaii if you ask me :)

Not only is this one of the best plates of Hawaiian food i have had in a while, it's one of the best priced. Loco Moco: 5 of 5 Comes served with rice, salad, and mac salad. The gravy and hamburger patties are seasoned perfectly to compliment each other. Due to the strong flavors of the main dish, the sides are less so, but add grea t contrast to the plate. I highly recommend this and the chicken katsu plate. Each of these are well worth the price for both the amount and flavors. Service was very fast as well.

Aloha Wagon never disappoints. The chicken katsu was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. But honestly, the katsu sauce is to die for -- it's rich, slightly sweet, and makes every bite so addictive. The portion size is huge and definitely affordable for how much food you get. You could easily share it with two people or have leftovers for later. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The spam musubi is also a delightful treat -- perfectly balanced with savory spam and soft rice. It's simple but done so well. If you're looking for delicious Hawaiian comfort food that's affordable, filling, and high quality, Aloha Wagon is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Why can't this place be closer to my house!!! It's so dang good. Chicago doesn't have enough Hawaiian cuisine and it's so unfortunate. This small shop on Western Ave. serves up some mean Hawaiian cuisine that will leave you with so much leftovers and a happy stomach. First, the portions are massive! I was able to eat my plate for 3 days straight. All plates come with their delicious mac salad, side salad, and rice. The mixed plate is the way to go to get the best of both worlds amongst their protein options. None of the meats were dry! Everything tasted so homey and authentic!!! Truly so comforting. Worth every penny in my opinion. Come check them out!

Those expectations were met, exceeded, and then handed back to us with a side of macaroni salad. We split the Pork Katsu Loco combination plate, which arrived looking like something the Jedi Council would have commissioned for a victory feast. The egg on top was scrambled but folded with enough care that it looked intentional and beautiful, draped over the pork katsu like it had always belonged there. The accompanying gravy was the kind that makes everything around it better, the rising tide theory of plate lunch confirmed. Every spoonful we built with rice, pork katsu, and macaroni salad together was its own complete moment. Ono does not even begin to cover it. The portions were enormous, the kind of plate that makes you recalibrate your lunch ambitions halfway through. Our son ordered the loco moco, which at this point is his standard field test at every Hawaiian spot we visit. A reliable benchmark, consistently deployed. Aloha Eats passed without hesitation. We also picked up chicken katsu musubi for each of us, took them home for later, and they held up just as well, which is a logistical victory worth noting. The vibe inside felt authentically Hawaiian without overdoing it, the kind of atmosphere that sets the right tone without requiring tiki torches and a ukulele soundtrack. Julie was our cashier and also brought out our food, handling both roles with the kind of warmth that makes a place feel like more than a transaction. Her smile genuinely lit up the room, which is not a phrase I use lightly or often. Five stars. Aloha Eats is the real deal and worth every parsec of the trip to Chicago.

I was bummed as I misread the menu and thought the katsu was made with white meat, but you have to pay extra for that. The dining room was large enough for several groups, but they seems to do more of a carryout business and we were the only people eating in.

The flavors of the musubi were okay, nothing to rave about and plenty of other places in the chicagoland area that taste similar or better. The loco moco was pretty good, something we'd order again in the future. Overall a positive experience, but wouldn't be worth the wait if we had to stand in line on top of the food prep times.
