Is it a place where they keep chickens? Is it a place where affordable local groceries and pastries and such can be found? Who knows? Certainly not I. Hard to argue with a place that keeps both coffee and chickens (or pastries), two of my favorite creatures. Something about the modern rustic interior is pleasing and warm instead of bland and off-putting, so I'd say its a solid place to count your eggs (or scones, if you're into that sort of thing). read more

The refresher I tried was great. I do however wish the baristas were a little more trained on what options are allergy friendly. When I asked what was dairy and gluten free she looked like a deer in the headlights. Since discovering some allergy issues I haven't been able to go out and eat or drink the things I know and love. Plus having issues with two major allergens complicates it even more. I loved the atmosphere of the whole shop and enjoyed window shopping through all their fun shelves. April 2021 Love what this business is doing. Giving small operations a place to have their goods available to more people at more times. I think it may be women owned, which is terrific! The coffee was great. Breakfast bierock from the @bierocksbabe was delicious, warmed up behind the counter. Many baked good to choose from, didn't have any but they looked amazing. It's a cute little coffee stop with a small window side bar to have a sip and enjoy an in-house sweet. I don't think any of their sweets are made there. Judging from the looks of it, alot of their sweets, breads, cookies and bakery items are out sourced from locals. I noticed they also carry KerriOnKeto sweets. Have you ever went in a place but was only in there for something specific and you had to go out and you do not have enough time to actually admire the place? Well I have. It sucks. Great purpose, great for nutrition options, delicious drinks and treats but twice now I have ordered curbside pickup on coffee, followed all instructions and both times I have waited 20 minutes in my car (yes I honked and notified in the app as directed) and just gone in to get my coffee. I love the drive-through of theirs across town as well but I really need an order online option, which is only available at the location nearest k-15. read more

This place is hands down one of the best places for coffee in the Midwest. I'm not originally from Kansas, I moved here from Seattle, so I'm a huge coffee person! I had almost given up on finding a good coffee place here in a place overrun with Starbucks, Dunkin, and McDonald's. But today my maps popped up this little place so I decided to stop by! First off, the girl working was such a sweetheart! She answered all my questions about what her favorite coffee is, what their coffee is like and what people recommend! She was so sweet and personable. :) While she made my drink I got to look around at the cutest little shop I have ever seen! Don't even get me started on the decor it's absolutely darling, but what the shop offers is even better! Homemade treats, snacks and healthy meals. From vegan to keto, they having anything your heart could desire! With reasonable prices to boot! I could've bought the whole shop! Then I got my drink and was so happy with it! It is truly on par with pacific north west coffee, honestly if not better. It's absolutely perfect, they don't need to change a thing. Just the right amount of flavoring and everything. I was so excited to see a baking COOP here in a Derby. My mom and I stopped by to try things out. We purchased 5 or 6 baked items consisting of chocolate chip cookies, brownies, cinnamon rolls, sugar cookies and a small tart. All but the cinnamon rolls were not very good. They were not awful, but I expected more. The cinnamon rolls had a nice flavor but since I don't drink coffee, I don't think I'll go back. read more

I purchased a pan of pecan caramel rolls for my colleagues this morning along with a cup of cold brew coffee. The rolls were a HUGE hit at the office, and of better quality than the ones I've purchased in Yoder! The coffee was strong and smooth.
