Communication felt tense from the start, and almost every request or question I had was met with attitude or frustration. When I showed inspiration photos, I understood the nails wouldn't look exactly the same, but the constant defensiveness made the appointment unpleasant. The situation that really upset me was when I went to wash my hands and was abruptly called out across the salon about whether I used soap, followed by eye rolling and attitude. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful. The nails themselves were decent, but the experience completely ruined it for me.
