Good and bad. Service was rude and not acceptable. The waitress literally said she was too busy for a drink refill. Drinks were made very well. So the salad I got was very good. Salmon was cooked perfectly, very fresh lettuce. My brother got the rudy sandwich. Absolutely delicious. But he got tater tots with it, they were greasy, and not served hot. His girlfriend ordered the taco burger and a side salad. Salad was average. The burger was great, except for the actual burger. Way over cooked, chewy and weird. Our other friend got... and this is where the service gets bad.... Toasted ravioli and pickle chips for the table, and his own food: Buffalo chicken sliders and veggies. The sliders were very lackluster. The buns were dry, barely anything on them. But they forgot the apps, altogether. Then she brought onion rings, cold, soggy. No pickle chips. We were like, no. , eventually we gave up on the apps. They were on the check so we had to argue about that. Eventually, it was all fixed. read more

Nothing good about our first time experience. On a beautiful fall early Sunday evening we asked for outside and were sat at a table in full sun. We asked to be moved and were told they didn't want to double seat the server. As someone who has been in the business for a long time I understand. We then waited about 10 min just o get water. I ordered a Chardonnay and it was room temperature. I understand it's not a wine place but.. we had nachos, they were fine, then decided to split the turkey burger. The turkey club came instead and we had to wait for the right food. This turkey burger was horrible. So salty you couldn't eat it. We didn't have the nerve to send it back, plus the " up charge " for sweet potato tots!! Then the bill came and the turkey club was on there so we had to wait for that to get fixed. On top of all that they have outdoor bocce type courts. Looks good in theory until the entire 8 year olds baseball team are there throwing the balls et. No supervision. Sorry to say we were hoping to find a new place, this won't be it. read more

I ordered a small cup of the Drunken Potato Soup (highly recommend) & a small House Salad with a Peppercorn Dressing. Everything was delicious. Outstanding gluten free options. Outside seating was reasonably safe during COVID. Inside in O'Fallon was typical for St. Charles (I would not have dined in). I was glad to see staff were all wearing masks all the time. Service was excellent including hosts, servers, and bussing staff. We used the waitlist on Yelp and glad we did. We've been coming here since it opened and besides how awesome it looks and the food, the main reason we come here is because of how nice the staff is. I'm gluten and dairy intolerant and the manager, Lukas, took the time to actually look through every single thing, down to the condiments, of what I could eat. I always feel super bad being a nuisance, but Lukas and Brian were so accommodating and nice about it. We were hesitant to dine here due to the 3.5 star rating but wanted to give it a chance since we enjoy the other locations so much. The staff and the food have given this establishment a 5 star rating for me and my family! Gluten free options galore for my father with celiacs disease. Actual appetizing children's food that he loved for my 2 year old son. The hot chicken sandwich was delicious along with the Caesar salad and the drinks were very well crafted/served. The staff was great with any amenities needed along with our meal and we got our food and appetizers within the first 15 min. The outside patio dining experience was very safe and well positioned to block the evening sun. We will surely be visiting again soon! read more

Had the worst meal I've had in the last 30 years. For $89.00 (w/tip) I got a cup of potato soup and (1) wine. Actually, I had a chicken salad that I could not eat. We didn't know at the time, but it came PLAIN or with HOT BUFFALO sauce. The bartender who waited on us did not tell us or ask which one we wanted and it came with the HOT BUFFALO sauce which was way too hot for me. The salad dressing was "Pepper Corn", but it tasted like all pepper. The potato soup was lacking any liquid, so it effectively was a dry chowder. The bacon bits (strings in this case) were tough to chew. The soup also came with a pack of oyster crackers, but it was like putting those crackers in mashed potatoes - they don't mix. We frequent a near by grill that we enjoy called the "Brass Rail". We will never return to the "Corner pub & Grill". My wife had (3) wines and the same meal I had. read more

We won't be back. The food was mediocre and odd (gluten free fish & chips). A side of slaw with the fish and chips was about a 1 1/2 inch small deli cup, about three small bites. I ordered a well done burger that wasn't well done. The server took it back to the kitchen then brought it back saying the only way they could fix it was to make a new one. The burger also looked like a frozen one you get in a box from Sam's. The homemade chips and tater tots were bland without any seasoning. Ordered a beer that the server told me was a dark variety (it wasn't) but it was good. The server had a small extra beer menu on a card. When I ask about two varieties they were out of both of them. Why show us a list that you don't have in stock? A busboy for our area wore his mask below his nose (somebody should tell him it doesn't work like that). The outdoor area was full so we chose to sit inside. They sat us right next to another occupied table. Server came by several times to take our plates before we were finished. She touched our plates and started picking them up before we could say we weren't done yet. My companion had his plate taken and she also took his silverware before he could grab it. He was eating some of my food. Right before we left loud music started pouring at of the kitchen. An unpleasant experience that we won't repeat. read more

We sat outside on the large patio and the nice weather made it really pleasant. Everyone enjoyed their food: sandwiches, salads and healthy bowls. Good food, a sufficiently diverse menu, and nice staff. The only shortcoming is the lighting; LED lights throughout and particularly over the bar are way too bright. For me, that makes for a less inviting atmosphere. If they could rethink that, it would be a great place. read more
