During my visit, I asked an employee if she could check the price of an item for me. She responded by telling me there was a price scanner available, which must be new because I didn't know. I was not aware that customers were expected to use a scanner, and I don't understand why she couldn't simply check the price for me, especially since the store was not busy and several employees were standing around. (4 of them) Because of her attitude, I asked the lady in the 1st picture to check me out. I later realized that the same employee who had been rude to me was the manager. Even though earlier she was cleaning the store windows. Which made the interaction even more frustrating. When it came time to check out, I requested that a different employee assist me because I no longer felt comfortable being helped by the manager. I also asked for the manager's name so I could document my experience, but another employee told me she could not provide it. I found that confusing, especially since another employee nearby was openly wearing a name tag. As I was deciding whether to purchase one of the items, I turned to ask my daughter if she was interested in it. The manager made a sarcastic remark that made me feel rushed and unwelcome, despite there being no line and plenty of employees available. I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect when shopping. Asking for a price check and taking a moment to discuss a purchase with my daughter are both reasonable requests. Instead, I felt dismissed, rushed, and treated as though I was inconveniencing the staff. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that other customers receive the level of customer service they deserve. read more

I made a special stop here on my way home (I live out of town). Waited for mall to open at 10:00. 10:00 came and went a d the lights never went. I could only wait a few minutes because I had to get back on the road but there was a sign on the door from the day before saying they had to close early due to a staffing shortage so...I waited until 10:05 and nobody had arrived. Even if O could have waited longer, they wouldn't have had a cash register up, etc., for awhile. Late to open and not ready to do business?? Not good. It was supposed to be a fun holiday trip but my unfortunate encounter with Thailya the cashier and the store manager was the very first bad shopping experience I've ever had in years. Good luck even getting in, they seem to take incredibly extended breaks during busy hours when all the other stores are open. Stopped by around 1:45pm to a closed up shop with a note on the front door saying they were "out to lunch until 3:45pm." So at least a 2 hour lunch break in the middle of the day. Reviews going back to 2022 seem to note the same thing, so I'm wondering how long they even work/stay open during the day despite their stated open hours. read more

Where do I begin???? I love this company, but HATE I mean HATE this location. Every time I walk into this store is the same thing, we can never get help. I get that it's a discount store but other locations that I have been to have been amazing. Well this last Sunday was the worst of my visits, and that's why I'm writhing a review because someone needs to do something about this store. Behind the register I saw two associates not one greeted us or other customers for that matter. I checked the clearance corner like I always do, and turned to my left since I heard more people talking, and saw a sales associate on the floor behind the register...... Not only was this lady on the floor she was using her phone and complaining to the other associates about customers and how she couldn't wait to be off in 20 Min. I continued to shop for a few more minutes, I had to help my sister since she couldn't get any help from the employees, she needed help finding the correct foundation color. When we go pay, my sister had a Clinique set, apparently it was the one with the price and the lady ringing her up asked her to go get the one behind that and put that one back???? Ummmm ok Why she couldn't walk around her register and do it herself If beyond me. When this location is physically open during posted operating hours, it carries many luxury brands (including Tom Ford and Bobbi Brown) at great value. This was my initial impression after my first visit in late March. Since then, I have returned twice with the goal to buy more products. Both visits were disappointing. In both cases, there's a sign posted "Be back in 1 hour", but doesn't state the return time. Both times I waited for more than one hour and left disappointed. No one showed up to re-open the store. Unless you have time to waste hanging around, I recommend going elsewhere to shop where customer service is a top priority. This location is a poor reflection of an iconic brand like Estee Lauder Companies. Hopefully, the parent company will investigate and find a solution to assure this location is adequately staffed during operating hours. Customers will be grateful if Estee Lauder Companies cares enough to make this happen. read more

I am beyond pissed. I called before I journeyed from Hayward all the way to Livermore and I asked what time they closed I was told by the person who answered the phone they closed at 7:00pm. I visited this location on Sunday December 20th around 2:30PM. The sign on the door said that they were closed because the went off to lunch. I didn't mind waiting. They came back around 3:08pm. Again, I was patient and didn't really mind bc people needs to eat too. The store only allows 2 guests due to COVID restriction. Once it was my turn to go inside, they asked me to sanitize my hand and I politely followed. I was checking out the TF selections, but all the prices were normal retail and they had like only 3 different fragrances and none of the good ones too. Terrible selections and prices. While I was browsing this area, the staff were loudly gossiping and making fun of people waiting in line behind me outside the door! I was so perplexed to why they would think this is acceptable in front guests? The 3 girls working there were laughing, joking, and making fun of people that were waiting outside and peering in to see what the store offer, as they only allow 2 at a time. I didn't bother, said thank you, and immediately left. Why would I ever spend money on a place that belittles their customers like this? They were probably making fun of me too when I waited in line. Go to Sephora where you might spend a bit more, but will be treated like human beings and with respect. Don't waste your money or time driving to this place just to be made fun of. read more

Discount cosmetic store located at the outlets. They sell MAC, Estee Lauder and a bunch of perfumes. Their discount isn't that big that it's really not worth it. Example: Retail price of a single eyeshadow at MAC is $16 here it's $15 for a discontinued or last season color... not worth it. They also sell Glamglow Mud Masks which retails for $69 here's it's $54 so it's not a big deal. Rule of thumb: if it ain't half off, it ain't on sale! LOL read more

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. The lady who was working today with the thick blonde streaks as soon as we walked in said they were closing early due to inventory. She told me and another woman in the store multiple times they were closing early for inventory. Mind you I was only in the store a maximum of 2 minutes. It was 6 o clock and the stores close at 7 on Sunday's. She again told the lady who was looking to purchase that they were closing and that they don't hire outside to do inventory for them they do it themselves. I've worked multiple retail jobs in the past where we have done inventory ourselves. Not once did I ever have to kick customers out so rudely to get the job done... come up with a better system of how you execute your work! And everything is pretty much regular price. This was my first time ever in a cosmetic company store so I wasn't sure what to expect. They carried a wide selection of upmarket cosmetics such as bobbi brown, MAC, smash box, Clinique, Estée Lauder, and more. I use MAC religiously but the products they carried didn't interest me. They carried some products I use regularly but not in the shades I use. There were also some holiday brush sets from 3 seasons ago. They carried many items from Bobbi Brown. I don't own any Bobbi brown products but will definitely return after I find the right shade. They had testers but I wasn't in the mood to go through each shade. There were some good smashbox box sets that would be great as gifts. I didn't have a chance to speak to any of the employees but I noticed an employee being very helpful to one of the customers. Racist runs the store. The first time I ever feel discriminated against because I was shopping with my tourist Chinese mom. The store manager, Janelle, seemed to be able to make up store policies on the fly and refused to sell products to certain customers. She refused to sell me EL facial masks because my mom hit her maximum of 3 EL facial masks. I asked if there's a store policy I can refer to and she said she's the manager and can decide what they sell to us. I asked a passerby if she can purchase for me but Janelle said no and they are only selling 3 masks to our party! If I want it I can come back tomorrow. Ridiculous. read more

Be careful when buying anything here. It seems they frequently sell old, very expired products which they can probably get very cheap and then sell at close to retail price. When we were at the store we almost bought something, and then we checked and saw that the product had expired three years ago. When we got home, we looked at products we had bought from the store previously, and they had also expired many years ago. When you're at the store Google "cosmetics expired" to find a website that checks expiration date by the bar code. We are not sure why it's legal to sell such old product without telling customers. read more
