L'Occitane in San Francisco Premium Outputs is a beautiful store. I don't feel they are any different from their retail stores in shopping malls. They carry the same good products. They provide the same good service. The store looks beautiful on both the external and internal. I love their colorful skincare products. It looks great, it smells excellent, and they have test samples for most of the items in the store too. You can try it before purchase. The salesladies at this location are very friendly and helpful as another of their stores. You have questions. They have answers. The right answers!

I usually come here for their products especially the products that I can't find from retail store. The outlet usually have those discontinued products with further discount promotion. My sister and I bought Angelica product line in which they have 30% discount. They also have promotion with above $75, or $120 you will get free gift set. Or you can get a savings passport from guest service, if buy above $65, you can get locittane bag. The staffs were nice and willing to explain about their products. Their location just close by Burberry shop.

Every time I shop here, I enjoy top-notch customer service, which I cannot say about many stores in this outlet.

She responded…read moreby telling me there was a price scanner available, which must be new because I didn't know. I was not aware that customers were expected to use a scanner, and I don't understand why she couldn't simply check the price for me, especially since the store was not busy and several employees were standing around. (4 of them) Because of her attitude, I asked the lady in the 1st picture to check me out. I later realized that the same employee who had been rude to me was the manager. Even though earlier she was cleaning the store windows. Which made the interaction even more frustrating. When it came time to check out, I requested that a different employee assist me because I no longer felt comfortable being helped by the manager. I also asked for the manager's name so I could document my experience, but another employee told me she could not provide it. I found that confusing, especially since another employee nearby was openly wearing a name tag. As I was deciding whether to purchase one of the items, I turned to ask my daughter if she was interested in it. The manager made a sarcastic remark that made me feel rushed and unwelcome, despite there being no line and plenty of employees available. I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect when shopping. Asking for a price check and taking a moment to discuss a purchase with my daughter are both reasonable requests. Instead, I felt dismissed, rushed, and treated as though I was inconveniencing the staff. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that other customers receive the level of customer service they deserve.

First of all, they do not turn on the AC even on a hot day. I was sweating so much and was hoping…read moreto get some relief from the hot weather in the store. It felt so hot and stuffy and I wanted to get out of there ASAP. The store was not fully stocked and had empty shelves in the back half of the store so I was able to look through everything quickly. They had really good deals on some Asian hair products I typically buy online, so I was really excited to get some items regardless of how terrible it felt inside the store. I got a hair mask to try so I'm excited about that, but I also tried buying a hair oil I love that was listed on sale for $16.99. A really good price! However, when I went to the cash register, she rang it up as $22.99/23.99 which was original price. When I pointed it out she looked at the deal, took it off and was doing something on the computer, taking some time with the process. She then scanned it again and rang it up for the same price and repeated the total without acknowledging that the sale price didn't register. When I asked about it again, she said the promotion was over. I was really confused because I looked at the sign again and it did not have any information about how long the sale was until. And if it was over, why would they keep the sale sign up displayed? If I wasn't paying attention, I wouldn't have realized and purchased it. At that point, I was too hot and annoyed to question it and didn't want to drag it out further so I bought only the hair mask and took the hair oil off. I think it's quite predatory to have sale prices up and not honor those prices. She didn't even remove the sale price tag off after my purchase either. Although it seems like there's great deals for Asian hair care and skincare products, I don't think I would bother coming here again. There wasn't great customer service and they do not honor sale prices. If you're purchasing an item on sale, make sure to pay attention to how much it is when they ring it up in case you encounter the same issues.

I was looking for makeup since the name has "beauty" in it. Customer service was non-existent. Girl behind the counter didn't even say hello as we walked in. I used to drive about an hour just to see Dr. Hwang because he's truly the first dentist that made…read moreme feel comfortable and safe under his care. When I first went into his office, I had a good 20 something years of horrifying dental experiences. From my first dentist who forced spreaders into my little mouth and likely caused my TMJ, to the dentist who was so careless, inattentive (and just plain evil) that she attempted to do a root canal on me after my anesthetic wore off (not even asking if I felt pain) and without her assistant present to suction the blood and debris because she was too impatient to wait for her return from break. (The end result of which was me choking and spitting up the pool of blood that had formed in the back of my throat all over my own shirt and not receiving so much as an apology, just an expression of irritation.) I digress, Dr. Hwang is the exact opposite of that. You never feel like you're one of 10 plates the dentist is spinning, running from one room to the next to maximize patient count for $$$. Instead, you meet genuinely kind reception, a calm atmosphere, modern equipment and a dentist with great skill and gentle hands who always seems fully attentive and explains everything to you thoroughly. You won't be aimlessly sitting in the dental chair for hours waiting for him to return while your anesthetic wears off. Instead, you'll have quick, gentle treatment and consultation on your options. Some of my biggest dental regrets are the bad dental work I received at various dentists before I discovered Dr. Hwang. Unfortunately, I don't have insurance anymore so I had to find a medi-cal dentist and thankfully I did eventually find one I love, but every so often I'll get a birthday e-mail from Tri Valley Aesthetic and look back fondly and wish I could return and someday I think I will. If you have the option, I would highly recommend Tri Valley Aesthetic under Dr. Hwang.
