I visited this location during a promotion offering a free full-size Kiehl's product with a $75…read morepurchase. I made two purchases within one minute because I wanted to use two different payment methods. My combined total was over $85, but I was told I did not qualify for the promotion because the purchases were split into two transactions. In the receipts, both transactions were complete in the exact same minute. What was frustrating is that the promotional signage did not state that the $75 minimum had to be met in a single transaction. Had that been disclosed, I would have simply combined my purchases. The products and prices were great, but I was disappointed by how the situation was handled and think the promotion should have been honored or the terms should have been clearly stated.
