She seems to be the type of person who is willing to do whatever needs to be done. She also seems to have a great relationship with her staff and that's also very important. Manuel is very friendly and helpful. He's knowledgeable about their menu and always remembers what our friend likes to drink when she forgets what it's called. I love the openness and space. There's a couch and chairs in the back if you feel like lounging, plenty of tables in the front for eating, working, or just sitting at. There are games that people can play although sometimes children get ahold of them and pieces go missing. There is also a little kids play area which is golden when you have a toddler. I love that I can sit and have my food/coffee and also keep an eye on my little guy while he plays. It's a wonderful place to meet with people or to just take your kids when you need to sit down with a cup of coffee while they play. They have a good variety of drinks on top of the seasonal offerings. The food is good, and I kind of love that a lot of it is made in a waffle iron. It makes me want more waffle shaped food. The grilled cheese is made with sourdough bread and cooked in a waffle iron. It has these little crispy bits that are heavenly. One of my favorites is the sausage egg and cheese biscuit with a side of gravy. It's also prepared in a waffle maker and has those little crispy bits on the edges. So so good! They don't have a posted menu until you get up to the front, so you have to either look it up online or scan the QR Code. They have a lot of coffee options, but also many non-coffee options for those who want something else. There have been multiple people outside taking orders every time we've gone, and the lines move quickly. This is a stay in your car and order type place, but you may also be able to order at the window. I'm not sure because I haven't really paid much attention to see whether or not they have a walk-up window. It's cheaper than Starbucks, with more flavors/drinks to choose from. Comparable to Dutch Bros in style, yet different when it comes to taste. I'm happy that I don't have to drive 15+ minutes to get to 7Brew anymore, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a drink.
