We went one day and took out refillable popcorn buckets from the other stand. Tamer waved us over once he saw our bucket and struck up a conversation. Unfortunately, they had run out of the hoppin jalapeño but offered us some other delicious options. He asked us to joy our numbers down and he would let us know once he restocked. He felt really bad and apologized that we had made our way over but assured us we would know when it was available. Fast forward a few weeks and boom incoming text read that it was available. Sent him a quick thank you text and went to fill up that day. He instantly knew who we were, what I had texted him and what our favorite mix was. If this doesn't say "exceptional customer service" I don't know what will. So every now and again when we feel like having a treat, we simply send a quick text and he knows when to expect us. We even had leftovers, and without hesitation, he let us store them at his shop until our next party--something you rarely see from a business owner. I messaged again October 5th saying if the tin is whats the issue that I don't need the tin at all. I'm a sucker for sour dough flatbread crisps, so had to pick up a box of that ($8.50). Note that it has a small variety of cheeses, all already individually pre-wrapped (this is not a cheese shop where they have wheels of cheese, ready to be cut on-demand).
