We met and discussed what I was looking for in a home. Single, never married, no kids with decent income gave me lots of options with my good credit score in a tough post covid market. She made a point early on that there are people out here looking at the same homes who have been searching for many months if not years and it is important when putting in an offer to stand out. We searched homes of various price ranges, conditions, locations ranging in the 413 / northern ct. and ones with multiple offers. Each home we looked at I learned something new as she explained what to look for that could be trouble down the line. My home is exactly what I was looking for. Although not on a body of water like a lake or in a wooded area, I made those sacrifices and put in one hell of an offer to purchases home I can proudly say is mine. I purchased my home June of 2023. Charlotte to this day still reaches out to see how I am doing and how the house is coming along by phone and by mail. I still use her welcome to your new home gift basket often and remind myself of the wisdom she has taught me to maintain the little things. I would highly recommend giving Charlotte a try if you are looking for a realtor and or looking for a new one.

The unsafe road? Why is a local real estate business working with a greedy, belligerent builder to make this area more unsafe?? So much for advocating for what's best for the residents of Northampton! I guess they are only worried about lining their pockets. Craig Della Penna was the realtor on my third house. I thought he was an upstanding man, but I guess as he ages money is his only motivation. It's a shame This complex is terrible for Northampton and most of all it's going to make an unsafe road deadly dangerous. Shame on you, Murphy's! I thought Northampton was worth more than that!! This is supposed to be affordable housing! Please explain to me how $1.4 million is affordable???

I do not recommend working with Ilene Berezin to sell your house. I wanted to sell "as is" but…read moreevery time a buyer asked for me to do/pay for something, Ilene told me I had to and didn't suggest negotiating costs. So, I ended up selling the house not "as is". It shouldn't have been listed as such, as there was nothing wrong with it and I didn't realize that it would scare off buyers. Also, she listed the house too low; after a couple of months I insisted she raise the price. Ended up selling $13,000 higher that she originally listed. Her knowledge of the market was inadequate - the house should have been listed higher at the beginning. Should have sold for at least $8,000 more than it did. She's a buyers agent - seemed to be more accommodating to the buyer and I felt she didn't adequately represent me, the seller.

Monday morning had a return call, Tuesday viewed the apartment and applied, Wednesday afternoon had conformation and accepted application. People with cash to put down that day and great credit scores should not have to deal with the nonsense of the various other rental companies in the area.
