We came here on a weekend early afternoon for a quick pint and bite. The space is quite large inside with lots of different types of seating - booths, barstools, etc. The service was great too We got their fish and chips. It was mildly disappointing - it took forever to come out. When we did eat it, it was so greasy - literally soaked and dripping. It was quite unpalatable. We saw some other tables with other food items and they seemed to be enjoying their food. Perhaps we just had bad luck that day. Overall, would recommend for a pint - not sure about their food (at least not the fish and chips!

After a tour of Windsor Castle, we were dropped off in Earl's Court area. This place was closed, so we tried it! So glad we did! Very good food, service & location!

You know what everyone was nice, they had tvs for sports, easy to get in and sit anywhere. Ate here twice and got drinks 3 times in 4 days. If you want a place that'll just be ready for you when you want food / beers etc and is right near a bunch of hotels this is it.

Such a conveniently located pub across the street from the Earl's Court Station and within a 1.5 block walk from a series of hotels nearby. We dropped by on a Sunday morning at about 9:30am and the pub was almost completely empty, less another couple. The pub space was huge with plenty of tables and seats on the 1st floor. Yes, there's even a 2nd floor to this spacious pub. There was 2 TVs on the 1st floor meaning this probably isn't a spot people congregate to watch games, but to really chill and relax. We came here to exclusively try an English Breakfast in London and that is EXACTLY what we both ordered. The English Breakfast comprised of 2 sunny side up eggs, beans, 2 small sausages, a slice of ham, half of a tomato, a mushroom and toast. To summarize, the breakfast was really tasty and just what we expected. It was a perfect combination of breakfast foods on 1 plate. Nothing in the breakfast was bad, but at the same time nothing surprised us. It's not like it was something we couldn't make at home, but it was sort of a bucket thing to do in London and something everyone should try in London!

Place looked like it would be good but lasagna was mushy and the tomato soup tasted like straight out of a can. Tried adding salt and pepper to add flavor but just wasn't edible. We only ate the side of fries we ordered and headed to McDonald's.

Ended up in the area intending to hit up Blackbird, only to find their kitchen closed. Luckily, the Courtfield was more than willing to accommodate us, and we had a great steak and ale pie. The fish and chips another member of our group ordered was just okay. Standard draft selection, lots of booths and TVs. Good people-watching out the window, surprisingly busy area for being a bit out of the way.

We jumped off the tube at Earl's Court simply to check out the police box (or is it a Tardis - I'm actually not all that sure anymore because most people would see it as a Tardis despite the fact that those police boxes being rather common on London streets back in the early days of Doctor Who), and decided to grab a beer at the pub that happened to be the closest, which was basically this one. Well, it was okay, though considering the time I'm not all that surpised that it was quite crowded. I didn't mind it but it wasn't one of the best. Still, having a Tardis across the road is still pretty cool.

We ventured here this morning in search of the full English breakfast I've been hearing about. It was filling and tasty yet wasn't something I'd order again. There are cheaper breakfast spots close by. The waiter/ owner(?) was so friendly and talkative. His son worked there as well. I took a look at the dinner menu and the fish and chips were £12+ which is ridiculous considering the number of places that are close by and much less expensive.

Great pub in Earl's Court area. Live music at night and an upstairs area for dining as well! The food was all delicious. We had the big fish and chips and chicken. The roasted chicken was finished so I opted for another one on the menu. 4 stars only because there was a few things on the menu that were finished before the night was even over.

This is the pub for you... If you want a faceless pub like every other! Is that harsh? Should a pub be judged on it's grog, grub and service rather than compared to others? I don't know, if you decide differently to me, leave a review, but here's what I think... Being charged £5.30 for a shandy (I've lived in London too long) and a blackcurrant squash is painful enough, but no Yelper would let that cloud judgement. The tables are all square, and too close together. The food, nice as some as it is (I didn't try the sticky toffee pudding to be fair) you just know it is cash and carry microwaved stuff, even the beer tastes like a faceless chain pub beer, and I know you know what I mean. That said, this isn't an awful pub. On a sunny day, the light through the window is lovely, there are seats outside, and the staff were friendly. The price wasn't ridiculous for that area of London I guess. So it gets a star or two. Basically, when I go anywhere, pub, restaurant, cafe, shop, I want to go there, becuase I want to go THERE. The courtfields is a pub you go to cuz its convenient for the station (or for the sticky toffee pudding, but my mum makes the best sticky toffee pudding, sorry Amanda, it's a fact!) Meh, I've experienced better! 2 stars!

Terrible food. Worst pub food I've ever had. Everything was dry and probably reheated. Drinks were very weak. Would not recommend.

    Extremely fulfilling and heavy!

A convenient pub located across the street from Earl's Court station. There are always some great cask ales available.
