When my car broke down and I was stuck on the side of the road, he still went beyond his mechanic duties to check on me and offered me a ride home free of charge with the help of his colleague Mr Dustin. Mr Derek does not upsell and does not give BS; he is transparent and candid about the diagnosis process, the repairs, and the quotes. He offered to run simple tests on batteries and inspections of the car for me for free. He also responds quickly to requests, questions via Yelp and phone. My alternator of the car was bad and Mr Derek gave me two options: remanufactured and OEM. He clearly explained what the pros and cons of each one and respected my decision. My husband told me to call Tracy's and I decided to try them out. They were very honest with me and kept me updated on the progress being made on my car. They were the ones who found the bent rim and said they didn't feel comfortable with putting me back on the road with a tire that didn't have a good seal. The loud noise ended up being a broken strut which was fixed and rides like new again. How that could have been missed by the other company is beyond me. They took good care of me, found the needed parts as quickly as possible, and their prices are fair. The fact that I was not taken advantage of as a female means a lot to me. I will definitely be making them my go to automotive shop.

I hobbled in and made some calls and was introduced to Tylor. He came to my house (not too far form his location) after he had worked a long day, and confirmed what I had thought. Of course no one keep things in stock anymore and Hyundai had not released it to any outside vendors, but Tylor made some calls and got the part in. I went to pay for it, and he was going to come back to put it in but I had an appointment. He actually asked if he could do it right then and there. It took him probably 5 minutes to switch it out and then took it on a test drive with the scanner and it came back A-OK. Now, this is something I expected back in the day, but today...Well lets just say, I'm very happy to see that there are some young people still in the world that really understand customer service and people.
