The crew was respectful of our home and property and did everything they could to mitigate the noise and inconvenience. They even went so far as to hook up the washer and dryer when they were done, without being asked, after we expressed some concern about being able to use them while the cement cured. When I did venture down after one of the early spring down pours, I discovered I had an issue. It wasn't major, but I wanted it fixed before it became one. After seeing all the positive reviews, we decided to still go with them and I'm glad we did! Quality workmanship, professional and courteous crew, work completed in the estimated time, took extra care to minimize dust, cleaned up after themselves daily. We had tuckpointing done on both our bricks and the larger masonry stones around the foundation, with 2 sides of the house needing solid tuckpointing and the other 2 needing spot tuckpointing. We also had KCB do new waterproofing/sealant around the expansion joints, had the wall to the walkout basement stairwell demolished and restacked, and had the deteriorating concrete slab under the sunroom replaced. The crew did a great job on all of it and KCB was even able to set up the supports to the sunroom while they worked so that I didn't have to hire a second company to do that portion. Very happy with all the work done and the price was outstanding. Will be using KCB again for any future tuckpointing needs.
