Please accept my deepest apologies for the poor review that I left before. He is very hard-working and he is a very honest man. It has been awhile since I have heard from Alex. A huge storm came in and tore down the Patio covering. When this happened, I called Alex to see what he could do to repair it. He responded once saying that he was gonna talk to his engineer, but I never heard back again from him. He has not responded. If you are going to get a Patio covering, it needs to last not just for six months or a year. The Patio recovery should last for years.

The entire process was a pain, but the worst part is that I ordered extended eaves and Tuff Shed only adds those to 3 sides. In my case they did not extend the eave above the door. Luckily I caught the error before the roof was installed and stopped the install. I ended up talking with several people at Tuff Shed and all I got was excuses and corporate policy. I offered to pay them extra to do what I originally ordered and paid for and they will not extend the eave above the door. So now I have a shed with no roof and I need to tear off the trim and build my own eave and roof the shed. Stay away from Tuff Shed.
