I dropped off several bags of clothes and shoes for donation, all name brand, some even had new with tags and boxes, the owner seemed very happy to get them although she never even thanked me. I had been in before and she said she donates a lot of clothing to low income women, so I went home and cleared out my closet for that cause. I let her know that those donations were for her to give to the less fortunate and she promised they would. I went in a couple weeks later to shop and I found one of the dresses I donated! I politely asked owner but she was rude, snappy, very defensive and told me to leave! There was no escalation on our conversation, thats just how her immediate reaction was! I went home and looked up her store her Poshmark and there was EVERY item I gave her for the poor!! I was so mad. What a selfish, self centered woman!! read more

This place was absolutely amazing the owner of the shop was so helpful and so kind . Right when I walked in she was ready to help in a way she could . She was extremely kind I brought in some stuff to do a in store trade and got a really nice store credit it overall was a really good experience. I also noticed she was putting a free rack for people in the community to grab whatever they liked for free and I haven't seen any business do that It really does help the community because people are in need right now. she has a huge heart and just wants to help anyone she can . There was a huge variety of clothing, etc. So there is something for everyone , overall my experience was a 10 out 10 keep up the good work and I would definitely recommend this place read more

I dropped by to see what new and fun items I might find and walked out, yet again, satisfied and happy. The shop is full of fabulous inventory; scrubs to bridal gowns, shoes, belts, hats, jewelry, and bags. I love the relaxed, make yourself at home, atmosphere. There's no pressure but the owner is kind, friendly, and willing to offer suggestions if needed. I forgot to mention men's clothes, shoes, boots, etc. Truly a fun find! I just love the scarves and 3/4 length shrug I bought there today. Oh, and not all of the inventory is second hand. Some is new. And some are designed by local artists. Clothing and bags! I have known Anna for several months now and I find her to be caring, kind and willing to work with others. I had my sterling silver and wire wrap jewelry in her gallery along with three of my paintings. I spent time working in the gallery and observed how she interacted with other that came in. She was always gracous and kind spoken. She gave me the opportunity to show my work to the public. I feel she has a true heart for the art community in Grants Pass and Southern Oregon and wants to give artist and crafters a place to show and sell their work. I've been shopping in her stores in Jacksonville, Medford, and now Grants Pass. During the Alameda fire, she was giving away merchandise to families that had lost everything. We were in dire need to find a seamstress that would be able to alter my son's football jersey. We only had a few days to find someone for him to be able to play in his first football game. Anna did a fantastic job and was able to fix it in just a couple days. Even with us not being able to find the right material. Ann is a wonderful godly woman and I not only love her as a person but her shop aswell. Don't listen to the negative reviews becaus they don't know her as a person. She gets her work done fast and yes her shop is crowded right now but that's because it's a little shop, eventually she will move up and have plenty of room. The Creator gallery and boutique is a great place to find clothes sizes 0 all the way up to 6x she's also a seamstress and designer, she has also been a great part of the community for 15 years. she also offers men and women's clothing and even can find 1 of a kind pieces. it's a wonderful family owned and operated. i highly recommend trying it out. read more

The owner is unhinged, saying she went as far as contacting my pastor and berating my faith and then threatens to sue me? So she's stalking me? Is she going to show up at my house next??
