His answer "Jesus Christ, lady!" and he hung up. Good thing I actually got the name of the company (which he mispronounced the first time.) My roof leaked really bad in my garage. I was just under the assumption I would have to pay to spot fix the leak as I have been doing for the last few years for the other leaks. It is a flat roof with foam and I pay to get it recoated every two years and just had to pay to get the skylights resealed. Under advise of others I contacted my insurance to see if they could do anything as I have been a customer for so many years; through many different vehicles and properties. I explained all this to Kelly's office and they said "they would see what they can do for me". I was contacted by an adjuster and made an appointment to come see me. First, the adjuster was over 30 minutes late for the appointment window. Then he tells me that I does not cover a missed leak even a bad one, because that is home maintenance and should have been fixed by us. I don't know why he came to tell me that when they could have told me that over the phone, that my policy would not cover it. I explained all this to Kelly's office. He sat is his car talking to his company for a while and came it to tell us no it wasn't covered. Thanks for wasting my day.. I was then called by American Family about my dogs I have two medium sized mutts, they wanted me to tell them specific breeds. I don't even know that. They are incredibly sweet and older dogs. What does that even matter? You want the specifics on the breeds of my cats too? I just received a letter from them stating I need to have my roof repaired by October now or they are dropping my policy. Oh don't worry you wont have my money/policy anymore. I will voluntarily change it now. F-- poor customer service for the customers they should be trying to keep

They accidentally over billed twice and only corrected it after I asked about it. I hired them for tax planning and only after issues arose did they say that they stopped providing that service. I paid nearly $8k to file one year's taxes and help with QBO - their original estimate for the services was $3k. In the end, there was a mistake on my taxes as filed (I will take responsibility for the miscommunication that caused the mistake) and they wanted $1,500 to fix it. I got bids from 2 other accountants to fix the error -- both were under $500. After I asked for this to be discounted, they emailed me saying "it is clear your goal is to receive the best services at the cheapest amount possible from service providers. That mantra is not aligned with our professional goals." On this, I agree with them -- they do not seem to want to provide the best service at the best price. PS. I never paid a final bill of ~$300 because they wouldn't provide basic clarity about past hours billed and there had been errors in billing before.

I even have documentation for all issues shown. A co worker also said they tried to do the same lumpsum draw after a few months and he was able to get his bank to deny the draw. It can sound confusing and overwhelming, but the reps are very knowledgeable. It is your choice. There is no sales pitch here. I did listen to the rep's recommendations when I was unsure or hesitant. After your session, everything's printed out. Or if one has opted for email notification (paperless), one can set up an online account on their website. Claims are easy to file online or if you wanna go old school, you can print out the forms from the website. You can also fax your paperwork (receipts, documentation) to the company. You can can also select getting the traditional check in the mail or use direct deposit (which I find is very convenient, for my situation). This is a Supplemental insurance company that offers products like life insurance (there are many choices, cash value, death benefit), accidental death and dismemberment (ADD), and critical illness/hospital visit, disability insurance (like AFLAC), cancer policy, etc. One can choose individual plans and family plans, when available. Again, no pressure. You decide what coverage you need. We've had at least three or four meetings with this company. Any changes to your policies? You can contact them online (it is encrypted) or you can can call the local office. Of course, if there are any life changes (marriage, divorce, had a child, etc.), you will want to notify the company. I highly recommend it. (One never knows when one will need surgery. This is peace of mind.)

Because of this omission, I received a notice from the IRS. I am prepared to pay the taxes on the six unreported jackpots. However, I simply asked Christine to help me respond to the IRS to verify that the one jackpot ($2,000) was correctly reported on the return she filed. Helping me with this would have reduced the final bill and proven her work was accurate in that one instance. The owner refused to help in any way, stating that my taxes are no longer her responsibility. This is not only frustrating but completely unethical. If you make a mistake on a client's return, you have a responsibility to help them fix it, especially when they paid you for a professional service. I strongly advise looking elsewhere for a tax preparer who will stand behind their work."

We nearly lost the house if my mom hadn't jumped on the loan with us. It was one of the most stressful experiences of my life, and on top of the faulty loan info, they kept losing info, not following up with information needed from third parties, and communicating they had information they did not. For example, they said a 12 day contingency was fine and then ended up not lifting contingencies until around day 16-17. Worse, they made it my fault even though I got everything to them that they asked for within 30 minutes! Then when they couldn't make that argument they said, "Oh well we're just really backed up because a lot of people are getting this loan." Sure. I would NEVER use this company again and I hope you find this before you use this lender so you can be spared what I went through. We are grateful to be in our house, but it gave our entire family PTSD going through the process. I know buying a house is difficult for everyone, but this was next level insanity. This company and New Penn Financial they are associated with should be shut down!
