She said it was the best gf pancakes she has ever had. Not grainy and great flavor. My husband ordered the Irish Benedict and said the hollandaise was really good, he loved the flavor of the corned beef and his egg was perfectly poached. I ordered the biscuits and gravy and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. We shared a short stack since the pancakes looked so good and we were happy we tried as the pancakes were fluffy and flavorful. On top of the flavor, the portion sizes were huge and we all had leftovers. If we ever find ourselves passing through we will stop back.

As well as a few typical sides (pasta salad, potato salad, coleslaw, etc) and some homemade desserts-- the fruit crisp sounds like a winner to me.
