1st time in I will be back! Food, Service and atmosphere were on point! Staff was pleasant and attentive. Food was cooked perfectly.

First off we absolutely loved the ambiance the decor was so charming and the whole place felt wonderfully clean and inviting.Our server whose name I regrettably didn't catch was an absolute superstar. She was incredibly attentive and genuinely made our visit so much more enjoyable. It's always a treat when your food arrives nice and hot and yours certainly did. We tried a few different things from the menu. The "I Love PB Pancakes" were quite tasty, though we did notice the nutter butter cookies served alongside them seemed a stale. On the brighter side your avocado toast was a definite winner generous portions of fresh avocado which I actually ended up using some on my "Had a Crazy Night" burger and speaking of that burger, wow. It was cooked to perfection and had the most incredible flavor combination. Honestly that burger was the shining star of our meal and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting. We also tried the smoke and brisket skillet and later the brisket Mac and Cheese sandwich. While the smoke was good we found the brisket in both dishes a touch on the chewier side than we'd hoped for and for the Mac and Cheese it tasted a bit like it might have come from a pre packaged mix which didn't quite hit the mark for us. The side of tots were wonderfully crispy, but a dash more salt would have made them perfect. Overall, we had a really good time and we appreciate the care that clearly goes into your service and many of your dishes. We truly hope this feedback is helpful we think with just a few small tweaks those specific items could be as fantastic as your incredible burger. We'd definitely pop in again perhaps giving those brisket and Mac and Cheese dishes a pass next time around. read more

Quick service. Delightful skillets. I had the brisket skillet and my husband had CFS (chicken fried steak). Side of pancakes was huge and airy with a vanilla-ish taste. Leftovers for tomorrow. Spicy Bloody Mary was not the best, but not the worst. Enjoyed a freshly squeezed screwdriver. Very good. Wood love to try their benefit t and flavored pancakes. Small sample flight of pancakes would be a great menu addition. Pleasant contemporary decor. Adjacent to sports complex which was a plus. read more

Our experience at Flips was excellent! It's an adorable and fresh place with a grass wall and unique modern light fixtures. The service was outstanding. We had multiple people checking on us at frequent (but not TOO frequent) intervals, refilling our drinks and making sure we were happy and taken care of. AND THE FOOD! So delish! We all got different dishes and they were perfectly prepared. I got the fFlight to France and have been dreaming about it ever since. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back! read more

I really wanted to like this place but was disappointed. I've tried this place a few times. The service was horrible every single time. Takes forever to get water. After getting food the waitress never checked on us again. Seems very disorganized. Food was good but not warm every time we received it. Visited Flips Pancake house for the first time and was extremely happy. Upon entering we were promptly greeted to a well curated restaurant that featured tables, and large booths. It was fairly empty inside as it was cold so everything came out pretty promptly. The red velvet pancakes are massive and extremely filling, it's also served with a slice of cake. The chicken and biscuits were also super flavorful but the biscuit was somewhat dry. I also tried the mac and cheese but it was very basic and needed salt and pepper. It was cheesy but lacked flavor and I wouldn't recommend it. Overall this place was great and the small shortcomings made up for the experience overall and I would return. read more

Enjoyed my visit here! Despite being Fathers Day weekend and fairly busy, my friend and I were seated immediately and had great service. The restaurant itself is a little loud, but has a cozy atmosphere and very cute decor. I chose the Latin Flair Benedict and really enjoyed it. The chorizo was quality stuff - not overly greasy and cooked really well. The chipotle hollandaise really made it. It came with a hearty serving of avocado and delicious, crispy potatoes. I wish the eggs had been cooked just a tad less, but that's being picky. Overall, it was a great meal. They have a huge menu and I'd love to try another item or two. read more

Looks better than it tastes. I had the BLT omelette with no bacon. It lacked a presence of flavor. I added salt and pepper with some hot sauce, which made it better. You get a lot of options for sides which is good. The texture of the eggs got a bit weird toward the end, kind of runny? My friends enjoyed the mimosa flight, the pineapple was a hit. BEWARE ON THE WEEKEND: Great food. The Latin Benedict was amazing. Prices are similar to new breakfast places opening up, a little high imo. Coffee was good, but for $3 for black coffee they wouldn't give us half &half or heavy whip. They don't have zoning worked out with their waitresses. The same waitress I had completely ignored two tables. I saw her finally ask the one table if they'd been helped after she walked past them for a good 10 min. They need more waitresses on the weekend with the BettPlex. There were two groups of teams there. It's just super slow. Coffee was bold and worthy of breakfast place cuisine. The acoustics of flips is such that the sound carries making it a little hard to hear and place an order. However, you don't have to worry about someone listening to your conversation or the mms and ohs of a delicious brunch. The menu offers enough variations in eggs, pancakes, skillets, and lunch fare to cover everyone's palate. I lead off with the southwest skillet with my eggs cooked easy over.  The peppers, onions, avocado, and jalapenos were fresh and paired well with the crispy potato bites layered with chorizo. The food came fast and the Segafredo coffee was refilled often. We could have had a mimosa flight, bloody Mary, or fresh squeezed OJ if I did not already have a severe caffeine addiction.  Overall, the staff was friendly and attentive making this location worth another visit! read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE! The waitress was so rude and condescending. My 89 year old mother asked what the fruit was in the side. Waitress replied, (with an eye roll) "The same it is every day." My 90 year father has dementia and she was so short with him, seemed very annoyed it took him longer to order. I told her that we had never been there every day to know what the fruit was. She went back to the kitchen making remarks about us, staff started peeking out the door laughing. My mother's omelette was ordered with no cheese, came with cheese. We had to send it back and once again could hear staff in there laughing about it. When we were in the car pulling off, my 89 year old mother said to me, "I didn't like the way they treated us in there, how she treated your father." Great service today at Flips. They were very busy at 11am on a Sunday, and we were seated within 10 minutes. Our group had Chicken and Waffles, Banana Bread Waffles, and Berry Waffles. This place was exactly what I expected from a breakfast place. I got the Latin omelette without chorizo and it was good. Coffee was also good. We went on a weekend before the church crowd and didn't have to wait for 4 cause it's fairly large. I don't necessarily think this is the best breakfast place but I would recommend to people looking for a solid breakfast menu and fun pancakes. I am not a huge dessert pancake fan super early in the morning but I'm assuming they are good if you like a lot of sweet! read more

The decor is really cute - modern farm house. The food is delicious. Don't be fooled by the name, they have MUCH more than pancakes (but note, the pancakes are delicious so you may want to order them as a side). But what I appreciate most is them being accommodating to my family and young children. They were nice to my baby and toddler, who spilled water and was crying half the time -- and that kind of kindness and customer service goes a long way with me :) read more

​This is just a recently opened restaurant. We were looking to have a good breakfast and we definitely found it. They have an orange juice machine that actually uses real oranges to make the juice freshly squeezed. Had different options on the menu and we tried several of them within our group.
