ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!…read more I brought my cat in for a cut and explained to the girl at the front what I wanted done. Fairly easy instructions but apparently she wasn't listening or didn't care. Well 1hr later he comes out and I noticed his tail was shaved with a big pom on the tail. I wasn't happy but stuff happens. However, when I got home and took him out of his crate...he had been butchered! His entire main was shaved off, both nipples were nicked and sore and he had a cut on the inside of his thigh. The final thing that pushed me to write this was they also buzzed off one side of his whiskers!!! If you have a cat, do not go here EVER. Had I taken him out of his kennel and seen him like that, I never would have paid! My poor guy looks just awful.

Although I have tried to socialize her I wasn't sure how she would be with other dogs, both big and small, that she hadn't met. She is a friendly dog, both to people and animals, but she can seem aggressive when she is meeting another pup. The people at Canine Reflections took her under their wing and have been great at showing her love and affection, to the point that all I have to do now is ask my dog if she wants to go and play. As soon as she hears the word play, she gets excited and cannot wait to get there. Haley loves the people and gets along with all of the dogs she meets. I have no fear of leaving her there for the day.

this place was disgusting. i went to take a tour as i go out of town next week and figured i would…read moregive this place a shot. my heart broke when i walked in there. the dogs are in tiny ass kennels with no beds and if there was a bed it was rags/towels. they had two or three dogs in kennels at a time, two huskeys in a small ass kennel together with no room to spare. my heart was honestly breaking that people actually trust this place. the dogs were just finishing up eating and all their water bowls were empty. the place smelled horrible and it was warm in there. The CAT trailer is horrible. the kitties are locked up all day long in kennels like being at the pet store. the people who work their LIE to you to make you feel good about the place. i was disgusted with this place, it needs to be shut down and I will NEVER bring my animals to this place or recommend it!
