I could not be happier with the service and the quality of work. I tried a couple of other shops before going to Southend Body, and the service representatives (not the owner or the person doing the work) all said both doors needed to be replaced as well as the front bumper, and they wanted to charge me five times what Joe charged. They then lied to her about not needing insurance approval. They also lied about what they were having her sign. I'm the policyholder (and an insurance defense attorney), so I asked them to send me the form, and they refused to do so. Instead, they refused to work on the car altogether and insisted that the car be taken to another shop. Which I was more than happy to do! Very shady behavior.
