After researching a few limo companies, I found The Dallas Transport has the most selection of limos and party buses along with the best rates. They took their time, with helping me find exactly what I needed. The party bus was immaculately clean and well kept. Our driver was personably and very helpful! Had a horrible experience on one of the party buses. It broke down and we were told to get off the bus by the driver. When we all got off the bus a car swerved to keep from hitting the bus and came within inches of a fatal event for us while standing on the side of the road. The bus driver flooded the gas and fumes were everywhere. There were no emergency flashers or any type of emergency plan in place. It was very dangerous to stay where we were and the police told us we need to get transportation to move us to safety. We found a few taxis and my husband had to drive over 50 miles to get the remainder of us left behind. Everyone was in a lot of shock from the car nearly hitting us and I will never ride a party bus again and especially not from this company. The owner I've heard is not compensating the party who rented the bus and seems to show no remorse or concern for a birthday celebration turned into horror event. read more

June, 2015: This company is a scam. A few days before the wedding they said they would no longer be able to provide transportation. They said they would refund the money but never did and all communication stopped. December 2017 Update: My wedding was 2 and a half years ago and I got an email from WeddingWire last month stating that the Dallas Transporter group has disputed my review on their website. This company is ridiculous and not professional. Not only have they not refunded me the money, they wait over 2 years to dispute a review and have not contacted me yet. read more

This is the third time we have used this company and for the third time we have been very impressed and delighted. Most recently we rented a party bus to take our family from out of town around to see different landmarks and popular spots in Dallas. It was a BLAST. SCAM! Stole my money and now we have to resort to suing. I would strongly advise whoever is reading this to go with another limo company. I had rented a party bus for my wedding to carry the bridal party. I had made my payments on time and complete. I discussed with the company multiple times about the timeline and day of events and everything seemed fine. Then the day of the wedding came. At the scheduled arrival time the party bus was not there, the wedding coordinator spent the next 45 minutes trying to get a hold of the driver. Our timeline was very specific and it is ridiculous that we go 45 minutes without being able to  contact the driver while we are paying for the time. It turns out the party bus "broke down" and the driver was trying to fix it. They then informed us that they could not fix the party bus and did not have an alternative service. So 45 minutes AFTER they were supposed to arrive we found out that we did not have a limo. They told us they could not do anything and that we would have to find an alternative limo company on our own. This is on the day of the wedding. Absolutely ridiculous that they take my money and just don't show up to provide that service, do not have a backup, and do not contact you until we called 15 times. Worse than that, they have not refunded the money we paid for the party bus. I was told that they would refund the money on the Monday (initiating the process). That did not happen. Eventually they gave us a timeline as to when they would have the refund at the latest. It is already a week past the generous deadline (it's been about a month and a half in total), they have stopped contacting us, and we have begun pursuing legal action. This is theft. Save yourselves the trouble, go with a company that will actually show up to the event you hired them for. Also it looks like the staff here are some of the positive reviewers so I'd take the high rating with a grain of salt. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would..........I paid for a 34 person party bus and got a 30 person bus instead. I paid for clean up and tip to be included in total price and it was but bus driver still made me and guest clean and demanded a $200.00 tip at the end of the night. When I reported this the next day I was told that I would receive a call back after investigation was done but never received a call. I called back and the company advised me that they contracted out my trip to a third party, they apologized and stated that the employee was fired. They did not offer to refund me the price difference of the buses or the money back that I paid the driver that he was not entitled to. At this time I have filed a small claims case against the company to try and recoup lost funds. PLEASE read this review and think really hard before you contact this company. read more

SCAMERS! SCAMERS! SCAMERS!!! We relied on the reviews when we booked and after our fiasco with this company we found out the "5 stars" ratings are from the employees and family members! These people were so quick to respond with any questions, and had insured us of all the things they would do for us and on the day of our wedding they didn't even show up! Our wedding planner had to be the one to reach out to them because they were causing all of us to be late (we sent a timeline in advance), and then they proceeded to tell us the limo broke down and did not have a replacement for us. If it were not for the wedding planner finding a back up limo for the rest of the day it would have really ruined our day. To make matters worse, we had communicated with them since and they told us they will be refunding us and gave us a timeline when the money would come, and one month later we have not been reimbursed and had to file a lawsuit!
