So many different items available for purchase such as gifts, home decorations, candles, party planning, jewelry, clothing and sunglasses. I purchased a pair of sunglasses and earrings. I also had my eye on this umbre hot pink scarf. Store rep was friendly, advised of new customer 10% coupon on highest priced item. She also recommend dining in the nearby neighborhood. Maribeth's eye for color is unmatched. The team is talented and fun to work with, and really approached our projects with enthusiasm and insight, never pushing an agenda. Our relationship began when we were looking for a particular upholstery fabric and color-way from an English fabric company that we hoped to use for a pair of heirloom chairs .... I told them no, but then two staff members continued following me around, demanding that I pay for it and threatening to call the police. Their behavior was very intimidating, and I ended up crying in front of them while asking them to stop treating me that way. I truly felt profiled and discriminated against during the entire situation. Afterward, I posted a Google review and tried many times to contact the manager, but my calls never resolved anything. Eventually, their lawyer contacted me and asked me to remove the review, saying they would have the staff go through training. However, that did not resolve the harm that was done, because the experience left me traumatized.

Everything I looked at was in good condition, especially considering how old some of the items were. I was wearing all black with camouflage military slacks. That must of been where they started their stereo-typing, as I didn't look like I had money to spend from the LaGrange store. I walked the entire lighted footprint as I strolled past the sales desk twice. I took one more look in the area of the showroom with price tags averaging anywhere from $399 to $700 plus. My third approach near the sales desk, made me stop in my tracks with 3 sales people, one on the phone. I asked out loud to them all and asked them if they were on "commission". One lady wearing eyeglasses kinda under her breath stated "Yes". Then I stated that I was in their area of business for at least 15 minutes and NO ONE approached me or openly said Hello. As I continued past them, I said to them that I have $$$$ to spend but wasn't going to patronage them as didn't show any emotion to assisting me. I consider this a very poor approach to sales.
