Hi shop there in 2019 with my daughter. We had to return the cardigan that we bought because it didn't really fit her that well we returned it got store credit unfortunately we never got to use our store credit I lost my $64 and have no merchandise I tried numerous times to get a hold of the shop left messages and emails and nobody returned my phone calls nor my emails .merchandise Make sure you read all the policies so that you don't get scammed out of your money. read more

I'm usually not one to complain and I usually give people the benefit of the doubt BUT I need to share an experience I had today Cleo Boutique Ltd in Downtown LaGrange. We were shopping and the store associate has accused my daughter of stealing. Now my child has NEVER stolen, ever! Now as opposed to tapping me on the shoulder or even pulling me aside with this accusation, she announced out loud in the store "We have a little shop lifter in the house". Now I'd hate to think this was racially motivated but what else would have been? She wasn't even sure if she had stolen something. All she saw was my child putting something in her pocket. My child even told her she didn't take anything and that she had her brother's toy in her pocket. She didn't believe her till my child took the toy out of her pocket. Did the lady apologize? Half assed with "I guess I owe her an apology." You guess? No, you do owe us an apology especially because you accused us out loud without even knowing 100%. Now let's play devils advocate. Even if my child wasn't racially profiled, they need to do better because what makes you think it's okay to get into a two year old's face and call her a shop lifter? But let me give you more details too. It's a clothing store. All the jewelry is behind the counter in cases. What could she have stolen and put in her pocket? My child put a whole ass shirt in her pocket? A whole shoe? The item that made her accuse my child of stealing? It was her brother's teether. Ladies beware of cleo boutique in Lagrange and Palos Park. First of all they are way overpriced and they do not have quality products. Also very horrible people own and run this business. I paid a lot of money for clothing there and after washing it had little cotton balls all over it. But the worst of all this is their return policy. If you don't use your new clothes in 7 days and decide 10 days out to a month you're not happy with the clothing you're shit out of luck they will not return refund or work with you at all. Don't waste your time or money. Go to park ridge Edie boutique they are wonderful I order from them all the time good quality stuff and will always return and work with you no matter how many hours or days you bought it!!!!! read more

This store has a WIDE variety of clothing. If you look in the window you might be scared that all they sell is cruise wear. But they have items from when I was a size 5 at 112lbs to now a size 18 at 190. The MAIN reason I go there is that the SAME people have been working there for years, and they KNOW YOU AND YOUR BODY. They are honest and will tell you what looks good, what not to buy...I need that kind of help. I usually walk in, say I am going to a wedding in a week (or 2 days as they like to kid me) and in a flurry they are handing me stuff in the dressing room. Prices might be higher than TJ Maxx but I am paying for someone to dress me and I realize that. THEY HAVE NEVER STEERED ME WRONG!!! EVER in 25+ years. This review comes as I have to go shopping tomorrow for another event...not even going to the mall...going to Cleo. No I will save hours of frustration and come out in half an hour DONE!!! In fact...tomorrow when I walk in, they will laugh at me and ask where I have to go, and is it in 2 days!!! That's customer service at its best!!! read more

For that special event ... or if you just want something that makes you feel special ... you must visit Cleo's. At first you will be overwhelmed...there is so much to look at. But you will zero in on exactly your style! I have gone here for over 20 years to get that purse, scarf, shawl or shoes that make an outfit you already have POP. Every spring I go to get those perfect white shorts or capris that I use all summer. But the reason I mainly stop by, to either just look for fun or need help for that special outfit, is the Cleo team ... they are all helpful, friendly, let you shop at your own pace. This is literally the worst store that has ever sells clothes. I was with a group of friends and we were going to go inside. But we noticed a sign and it said only too minors are allowed in the store at a time. Being polite, only two of us went in the store to check it out. As we go in side my friend said, "excuse me, but I was just wondering why do you only allow two minors in the store at a time?" The lady behind the counter looks at us and says oh it's just policy honey. And your the reason why we have this rule. That's when we knew she was "nit having a nice day" and we just started to walk out ju her store. As we were walking out she says, now why don't you children go play in the playground. This started pissing off me and my friend. We are 16 years old, and she's suggesting that we go lay on a playground?? If you ever want to go to this store I would highly advise not. We were being respectful and kind to her rules and her store l, and she just acted like a complete bitch. I am never spending any if my money there and I don't know how they are still in buisness. read more
