I don't eat meat so that one's a waste. But it's okay because someone else in my household will eat it. I started cooking the frittata and I'm eating it now but I had to hand pick out the chicken. I just wish there was a list of ingredients because I don't eat meat I only eat seafood. I don't know how I was supposed to tell that there was chicken in the frittata? Maybe I missed something I don't know I read the box like three times I don't see anywhere that says there's chicken in it. I just wouldn't even have guessed that they'd be chicken inside a frittata. So two meals that had meat that I was not aware of and can't eat. Also today I did get raw vegetables!! The frittata came with potatoes I cooked them on medium high on the stove top for 12 minutes. My frittata is cooked all the way through. However the potatoes are rock hard like concrete and raw inside. I don't know you can heat potatoes up if they're not boiled correctly. So it looks like the other reviews might be right about the raw vegetables. I'll try one more time but I think if this doesn't work I'm going to have to go back to deeply nourished food prep. Their food is much better It's a little bit more advanced cooking skills. Not just knowing how to boil a potato but also ingredients are a little bit more complex and flavorful. The only reason I'm not sticking with deeply nourished is because whenever they deliver my food on my doorstep is hot within 10 minutes because it's so damn hot outside! This place is very inexpensive though in my opinion, so I guess you get what you pay for. I will be much more careful next time to ask what ingredients are in the meals. UPDATE: ok I see the QR CODE now for ingredients - ugggh.

We came on an industry tour and it was a crazy big group. When we got there they had a couple stands with local vendors selling products. They also had some produce and dips to sample. A while later the tour starts. You get to walk all around the farm, hear how they plant their produce and you still get to pick your own clamshell of strawberries! It ends with a lunch that they make with produce from JR. I will say the lunch was good but definitely different from the vegan one we had a year ago. But very understandable since they had so many more people to feed this time. Mike led the tour and he was great! A seasoned pro and was not at all bothered having to lead such a large group.
