Edit to the wall of text below, third reshipment is still not here as of 12/21/21 and if not lost is also spoiled, so over 500 dollars worth of meat that is lost or ruined, finally just requested a refund and might try again at some point down the road, but can't trust the shipper anymore, which as a 3+ year loyal customer really pains me to say. I want to be clear, that if I was just reviewing the companies product, it would be 5 stars easily. Their Salmon is the far and away the best I have ever tasted and the Chicken products are equally good. So why 3 stars? Because lately I can't even get my order delivered due to the shipping company (GLS) they use, so I am posting this as a cautionary tale if live outside of California and are considering ordering. It started in October when my order was lost, but Meats2U, whose customer service is great, promptly got a new one out and all was well until I ordered in November. I ordered again on November 2nd, fast forward to November 22nd, still no order, which I attributed to a holiday backlog based on a conversation with Corey when my October order was lost. But when I contacted Meats2U they sent me shipping verification showing my order shipped 11/4/21. It had been sent back and forth to warehouse locations in Phoenix and finally tossed as it was spoiled. A replacement order was sent the Wednesday after thanksgiving (could not ship out of state the week of) for Friday delivery. Well, again it did not get here, contacted Meats2U again Monday December 13th, they reiterated the issues with BLS, apologized, (again they have been very good to work with) said they would ship again Tuesday, so we had an extra day to account for delays. Well, the order they were replacing finally showed up Tuesday the 14th, completely thawed and unusable, wasted 170 dollars worth of meat that I had to throw out. (They also didn't ring the doorbell like they usually do, probably because they knew the meat was spoiled) I let Meats2u know, they were not happy, but confirmed a replacement order did ship Tuesday for Thursday (12/16) delivery this past week. Guess what, it is Saturday and still no order. Again this has been since 11/2 that I have been trying to get this squared away and I fully expect this last order, which should have been here Thursday, to show up Monday or Tuesday (If it is not lost) completely thawed and a waste of another 170 dollars worth of meat. Because their shipper GLS can't get it's act together I am going to be forced to stop ordering from Meats2U, which is a shame because it is the highest quality meat I have ever eaten, and we have been with them for 3 years, but it does me absolutely no good when 6+ weeks after my last order I still have no product, which screws up my meal prep and forces me to spend more money getting meat from a store while I wait. One thing I would also suggest to Meats2U is to come up with a better way to identify lost orders. It is really disappointing that when my original November order was lost I had to reach out 3 weeks later vs the company communicating my order was lost to me, but again, I am sure this ties to GLS not providing feedback to the company. So in summary, the meat will be among the best you have ever had, just be wary ordering if you live in Arizona right now because GLS is an absolute joke and these last two orders have been beyond frustrating. I LOVE this meat service, I've been using it for years. I use this every month to stock up on my chicken, fish and shrimp. The quality is amazing and for a fitness professional, the macro balance is amazing. The chicken sausage is unheard of, I can't ever find sausage with high protein, low carb/fat- but this one is perfect, AND it's delicious. I also love the chicken tamales, also pretty macro friendly. I am so happy with my experience with Meats2U. I'll first start with my order experience. The website is very user friendly and informative. I knew what I was looking for but was also surprised by all of the options for different seasonings. While I was ordering I accidentally skipped the portion where I chose my shipping method. When I realized this after the order was placed I simply sent them a quick e mail and the change was made with no hassle at all. I ordered late Wednesday night and received my package early Friday morning. It was packed in an insulated box that was lined with cold gel packs and still frozen. As for the product. This review is for the tilapia value pack. This tilapia made tilapigus the worst experience EVER and made me MISERABLE . I started off TILAPIGUS with using tilapia from where I usually get mine and I fairly liked it since I didn't want to use much seasonings on it anyhow. But I heard so many great things about Meats2U tilapia and I decided to try it. And let me tell you it disappointed Me SOOOOOOO MUCH. It has such a ridiculously pungent fish taste to it. Nothing like I have had in the past. Usually tilapia is the less fishy fish (lol) that I can endure. But this one was completely ridiculous that you can smell it just by making a small slit on the package to open it. Then I went on and post a review on the camps 20lb challenge group page that I honestly didn't like it and that my expectations weren't met and my review was taken off within SECONDS. Which I thought was Effin ridiculous how that the group admins did that just so Meats2U & The camps CEO wouldn't get personally hurt (money -wise) . AND THEN I went ahead and emailed the company personally about how dissatisfied I was and they completely ignored it and I haven't heard from them at all. The EZ PREP pack makes my life so much easier since it's already diced I just need let it unfreeze so I can cook it in a pan in no time, I personally like my meat steamy and straight out of the fire so I'm not eating meal prep that I cooked that Sunday on a Thursday thanks to how convenient and fast it is to prepare. The Cajun seasoning they put on it is rather tasty and it combines really well with oatmeal tortillas to make lean and delicious tacos. The seafood pack is one of my favorites since I personally love sushi, the Ahi tuna and the Mahi filets that it has are sashimi grade, combined with a nice low sodium soy sauce and steamed brown rice makes the perfect bodybuilding Japanese snack. Meats2U, Love the quality of the Chicken and Beef. The service has also been beyond excellent. I was first introduced to Meats2U when the company was under a different name back in 2013. It started from a door to door sale and I was hesitant on buying anything at the moment but with a house full of friends on a holiday, I made a deal with the sales women Melinda, if you cook for us we will buy whatever you have to feed everyone here. So from there on it became my main source for Beef and Poultry. Availabilty of quality Angus Beef and Chicken breasts were not always available at the Grocery Store. Delivery of orders were always prompt and on time, my orders always arrived fresh even during the summer time.  In early 2017 I moved out of California and here in Southern Utah the quality of Beef and Poultry isn't anything like a bad day in any California Grocery Stores quality. It's been over a year now since i have had good chicken or beef. I just happened to click one of the emails from Meats2U and didn't realize they can ship from California to Utah and maintain the same quality freshness as they did when I was in California.
