So now we have a nice bath tub that doesn't function properly. After the installation was complete the installers said that the work was covered and that they would return to fix any problem. That might be true if you can get hold of Paramount Builders service. We have called numerous of times but no one answers the phone. So we leave voice messages and are never called back. We have opened help request on the Paramount Builders web site which results in the same outcome as the voice message, no one calls us back. You live and learn. Today's lesson is never trust Paramount Builders again.

A friend of mine signed up for a "one day shower remodel" from Paramount. After he met with the…read moreestimator from Paramount, he tried to hard sell a price of $25,000.00 but let the owner talk him down to only $18,000.00. Now that is a deal. WRONG, but he agreed to it. So they came to demo in mid-July 2026 and in the middle of the tear out, they broke the waterline in the shower. While he was downstairs working in his office, he suddenly had water pouring out of his ceiling all over downstairs. The guys ran outside and turned off the water and just left. Then their supervisor came over and looked at the damage up and down stairs. As he left, he told the owner that it was not their fault and drove away. Paramount would not return his calls and after 4 weeks of no response, he now has an attorney who is taking them to court. On the bright side, he will not get ripped off for $18,000.00, and he can now find someone to do it for the usual price of $7,000.00. Look at the star rating for Paramount, it is LESS THAN 2 STARS. When I told a lady I know who is an insurance adjuster, before I told her the name of the business, she said "Paramount". Then she told me Paramount has had so many claims against them for disasters just like my friend. People, wise up. These online rating tools are very helpful if you check them and put your reports in of companies doing bad work. And before hiring a company to do anything, please get 1 or 2 more estimates and check their ratings, but don't ask for names and numbers of people that used them because they won't be customers, they will be Paramount's relatives or friends. BE CAREFUL OR YOU TOO WILL GET RIPPED OFF!
