The quote was competitively priced. To make myself comfortable, I wrote down the detail of the quote and texted him for confirmation. He confirmed my detail plus stating a 5-year labor warranty, which really closed the deal for me. Because of the impending rain (and cement set for the post), I iterated with him via texts about job date several times. He was patient and gave me confidence that he won't do the work when it rains... I thought we both cared about quality and wanted to minimize re-work. On the job date, his team arrived at 8a with the fence material and completed the work with efficiency. He answered my questions on the completed fence with patience and gave me confidence. I ended up asking him to quote for driveway concrete & breaking down bricks of a flower bed (crack greater than 1/4 inch). Again, he measured and gave me estimates on the spot. We contracted him to install a new handrail to finish off a full home/floor remodel at my moms house and it is without a doubt the most beautiful piece in the entire home. I did not know a hand rail could be so great! I contacted several contractors to work on the hand rail and Stuart gave me the best quote. He did several visits to help me decide on the design, wood type, and direction that I wanted to go with. He even pointed out several issues/flaws in my stair case that neither I nor my flooring contractor had noticed which I appreciate immensely. Within 10s he noticed that two of my floors were almost an inch in height difference, something I had not realized and I lived in that house my whole life! Stuart worked with my timeline and was able to finish the job in one full day. He is meticulous and has fantastic attention to detail. Extremely high quality work.
