Steve, the office manager, is on top of everything. Stephen Bass came to our house for the initial meeting. Quotes are clear and easy to understand. Fast response times. We appreciated that Stephen gave us suggestions for paint. We actually gave him a few addresses in our neighborhood where we liked the paint color. Stephen then went to those houses and with a tool, he was able to match similar paint color. Once we narrowed colors (body, trim), Stephen ordered samples and painted swatches on our house. Everyone on his team who came worked well. Caulking the windows, power washing, painting. After painting, the head of the paint team noticed some wood rotting during his inspection. Stephen and his construction team replaced the wood and repainted as needed. Stephen's team also ordered exterior doors for us including the locks needed. With service this bad before they started work or got paid it is hard to imagine they would even pretend that you exist afterwards if an issue were to arise.
