The team for the dedicated handyman did a great job. The rebuilt the railing around my deck took out the stairs that led down from the deck and replaced 3 post. Kenny the owner was very responsive would check w me a happy day if I had any issues or complaints. When the deck was originally built and the stairs by the previous owner they actually had cemented metal down into the concrete and the dedicated handyman team was able to saw the metal that stuck up off the ground out of the ground and try to get it as flush as possible which I knew was a tough job. read more

I hired him to do a job he didn't know how to do. After several days of trying to do the job I told him if he didn't know how to do it to just say so and that I would be happy to pay him for his efforts however if he can't do the job I need to get someone else. He insisted he knew how to do it. not only does it look like hell, but it doesn't work. unfortunately for me I was out of town and he sent me a video that looked ok and I paid him. When I saw it in person I was horrified. I now paid him and need to pay more for someone to fix what he messed up. I wanted a refund for that terrible job. if I were you I wouldn't use him. he's not honest, he's not honorable, it took him way too many days to do a Job and he doesn't tell the truth. Kenny was outstanding!!!! I have a sliding trash drawer that had been a problem for a while that wasn't closing properly and eventually stopped closing. We had Kenny come in behind a "cabinet guy" that couldn't fix it in a timely manner. Kenny fitted me into his schedule and was able to fix the gliders. I bought a dishwasher @ Lowes-Hemet and was told by salesperson that delivery/installation was included in purchase price; they lied,installation was an extra and it could be $170-$250,and that installation would not be for 3-5 weeks,after I pay the fee; NOT GOOD !! I called "Dedicated Handyman",spoke to the owner(Kenny) and he told me that he could come out @ 8:00pm to install my dishwasher. He showed up @ 7:50 pm that evening and got rite to work. My wife and I ordered a new closet system from Home Depot without the add on of home services (they install it for a price). We were more than confident that we could put it together until .. we saw the instructions! They were so confusing and we are normally pretty good at following instructions but the set sent to us wasn't like the rest we follow. Kenny came to the rescue! With a great price and same day! Kenny was a remarkable gentleman he showed passion, was very polite and maintained great communication though out his time putting the closet system together! Unfortunately our product did not have all of the required screws and Kenny had came up with a solution that seemed to make the product more sturdy and made it to where we can reverse if the screw was found. This being my first time using this type of handy man service was great experience and will not leaving me thinking twice before using it again.
