When I stopped in the lady (without greeting me at all) snapped at me in the shortest tone to leave my tea drink at the counter. Not thinking any thing of it I replied with "gladly" as I wanted my hands free to shop the racks anyway (I figured people must've spilt their drinks in the shop at some point so no biggy). Then as I'm leaving I see there's a cute cat sleeping on the clothes in a literal Hawaiian button down shirt so I stop to pet him, I kid you not I'm petting the sweet baby and the lady again barks at me that he's napping. Yes lady, I can see that, he was totally unbothered as I pet him. Did I miss the "no petting the chill shop cat while he's napping" sign on my way in? Then I grab my drink I walk to the door, my dad's sitting at the bench right outside the door and I tell him to come check out the cute cat in the Hawaiian shirt. The cat's sleeping five feet from the door on a display shelf and again I walk in with my dad and the lady barks at me so fast "drink on the counter" in the most vile tone!! I'm not one to write reviews often but this lady was just so rude I couldn't believe it. Cute cat, the young girly also working there was nice but dang that elderly lady was such a buzz kill for no reason.. hope she's al least nice to her employees.

I thought that was very sweet of her until she started telling me that i couldn't be in the store for too long. She said if i don't know what i'm going to buy i cant be in the store. I said i was sorry and asked if it was going to close because there was another customer in the store. She said yes and walked away, later more customers went in and she had no issue with them. i think this was definitely a racial discrimination issue considering my husband had no issues going in earlier he is fair skinned and everyone else who was fair skinned was fine. I wasn't being rude or dressed inappropriately or even causing a commotion in the store. I hope this doesn't continue to anyone else its unfortunate to see this still to this day

Once at the register let me know she saw me in the dress and "hoped I didn't want it" because it was not in the system yet. When saying I wa disappointed and to please be more aware of it, she said it's not her fault because people grab things and she was working alone. Yet noticed me trying on the dress and hoped I didn't want it. . .rude employee pushing the issues off on her manager who was not there.

All of their clothing can be worn to the beach or out for a casual day in flip flops or sandals or it can be dressed up for an evening out with high heals and jewelry. The same day I purchased the purse I also purchased an outfit. this weekend I went to wear the outfit and they had given me the wrong size so I could not wear it. Yesterday I went to the shop asked if I could exchange the pants for the correct size, I was dealing with the owner at this point, she was less than pleasant and refused to exchange them because she said they were a summer item and fall items were out now , then told me the price tags were no longer on the item and that too much time had passed since my purchase. I told her it was your employees error giving me the wrong size and she still refused. I told her that was bad business since it was their error, she just said sorry can't do it. I found that very unfair. Their clothes are pricy and quite honestly, you can find comparable clothing at TJMaxx or Marshals for a quarter of what they charge. I was very disappointed in the way the owner treated me and will never shop here again. I have told my friends and family and they will no longer shop there either. Their customer service is awful.

She told the manager they were a gift and may need to exchange for a different size. Today, we went to exchange for a smaller size (same style shoe). Reluctantly the sales clerk agreed to make the exchange but we would need to pay the price difference since the shoes were no longer on sale. We agreed, conditionally requesting she talk to her manager. Returning momentarily to get our original receipt, out of nowhere, a different sales girl said "get out of my store, we don't want your business anyway". Thanks to this unnecessary rudeness, Harvey Girls has lost our business. It is sad to see such more salesmen ship ruin this place. The brunette girl on the left was helpful, the blonde girl on the right was the one who went out of her way to be rude and disrespectful.
