I never received a follow-up, so I called the next day to confirm. Each time I spoke with Michael, I was assured someone would come out to assess the damage. No one ever showed. After multiple calls and repeated reassurances, I was told--rather curtly--that someone would arrive Tuesday at 8 a.m. Tuesday came and went. No call. No visit. No explanation. At this point, it's clear this company has little regard for potential customers or their own reputation. The lack of communication, professionalism, and basic follow-through was frustrating and a complete waste of time. I've since scheduled with another company and called Michael one last time--if only to let him know I won't be needing their nonexistent service. If you're considering Virginia Dent, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Reliability and respect should be the bare minimum. Unfortunately, they didn't deliver either.

A neighbor suggested checking the internet for dent repair and The Dent Pro popped up on my computer. I read the reviews which were great, but the selling point was membership with the Better Business Bureau. Tom showed up on time, took care of the ding quickly, and even gave a thoughtful tutorial on how I should use my touch up paint to finish the job. So encouraging in this day and age to find someone who is proud of the good work he does and the excellent reputation he has earned. I recommend him without hesitation.

They were available to come out immediately. Despite later always being too busy to finish their work. 2.) The amount they quoted on the phone was doubled when they came onsite. $450 to $900 3.) They didn't ask for a paint code before starting work. 4.) They only took payment in forms that can't be refunded, like venmo and zelle. My complaints with the work: They used a plain black paint on a car that has a black with metal flecks. The difference in color is obvious. They didnt resolve all dents we discussed. They said they would come back within the next couple days to finish. After a month of many many follow ups in text and on yelp, they still have never come, and at this point I'm sure they never will. Don't use R&R Mobile Auto Body. I'm sure he will reply to this with something like 'Sorry for the inconvenience. We been short on staffed, we are now getting back to normal if you can reach back out to us...' He was very delightful and patient with my car. I only took before and after pictures of my biggest dent the other two were pretty small. This dent was pretty sharp and I know it would have taken a very patient person to do it right. He said he would be able to make it 90% better.
