The work the dentist did on my teeth was beautiful and pain free , he was very attentive to my concerns about the work I needed done . The office is nice and so is everyone else that works here. Never had any issues with appointments or waiting times . I still have several appointments as my teeth are in bad shape but with all that being said this is a great dental office and you won't regret working with them .

I was able to go to the Wilson, NC Aspen Dental office and spoke with the woman at the front desk…read more I explained to her what has been happening and she was able to look into her computer and see the notes that had been made regarding my prior phone calls. She spoke with the Manager of that office and he was able to clear the account out to a zero balance. They admitted it was their error and that we should not have gone to collections. It was all part of the mess from when Aspen Dental's corporate computer system was hacked. I thanked them for their assistance and am quite pleased with the professionalism that was shown to me by the front desk staff as well as the manager taking responsibility to clear this out for us.
