I've been seeing Lisa, my hygienist, and Dr. Collins for several years now. I have had one crown installed...and it was the easiest procedure I'd ever had. Now, I just see Lisa and Dr. Collins every 6 months for a cleaning and exam, but haven't had to have any further work. Dr. Collins has shown me that I have a back tooth that will probably need to be crowned at some point, but he says that it doesn't have to happen until it bothers me. In short, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it!" I like that attitude, and it's the same one I use with my own clients. Do I recommend Zebulon Family Dentistry? You bet! This is the only dental office that makes me look forward to going to the dentist!

I will make the trip to different offices just to see them (i dont live terribly far from their Zeb/knightdale offices. Either way, the front and clinical staff are great. The Dr's are to notch. What more can you ask for? I get alerts before my appointments, which are awesome! (because lets be honest, who keeps those reminder cards?) I look forward to seeing them for routine checkup.

After being a customer for over 5 years the new front desk staff has forced me to never ever come…read moreback...I called to confirm my appointment and insurance the day prior, I informed the desk staff that I had moved and new address, also that I would need to travel over 1 hour for my cleaning tomorrow.Upon arrival they informed me they could not verify my insurance, something they knew about prior to my appointment confirmation, and something they could have phoned me about, instead of jumping at me the second I walked in! They refused to see me until I made payment arrangements... FOR A CLEANING!!! I have had thousands of dollars of dental work completed at the axiom dental office in zebulon over the past several years and not once have I not paid the full balance upon completion. Rude, unprofessional, practicing "the customer is always wrong philosophy" Please look into your front desk before they drive every valued patient away.

I've been a patient of the Care Center for several years, up until Monday, April 27th appointment…read more After receiving a phone call, recording and text confirming my appointment, I arrived on-time for my scheduled 6 month cleaning and exam. I had to take time away from work to keep this appointment. When I arrived, I was handed an ipad and asked to update several pages of personal information that has not changed and still on file. While entering multiple pages, I could hear the receptionist calling clients to reschedule because the dental staff still had not showed up for work ( I guess they had a rough weekend). After about 15 minutes, still combing through the multiple pages of information and hearing the phone calls, I realized that I was being stalled because the folks still hadn't showed up for work yet. I closed out of the ipad, handed the receptionist the device and left the office to return to work. I received a call from the receptionist stating that if I didn't return to the office that I would be charged a $50.00 no-show fee. I explained to her that my time is as valuable as their staff's. If they didn't show up for work, at least they could be honest with the customer. Additionally, If there is information that needed to be updated, they should have mentioned it in the multiple notifications received to confirm the appointment. A week later I emailed the Center detailing my negative experience and have not received a reply. I just received a $50.00 "No-Show" bill and I will pay it to avoid any derogatory information on my credit report. They probably need the $50.00 more than I do. I'm not going to manage your staffing issues for you but you folks have a problem, lets be honest with your customers and recognize that they're time is as important as yours.

Dr. Creech and his assistant are the only ones that ever made me feel comfortable to a point I fell asleep during a procedures. Lol Outstanding work! The hygienist is awesome... very thorough. And the receptionist, is so sweet. Overall my experience is always exceptional that's why I keep coming back!
