That was surprising, especially given my history of routine cleanings and positive feedback from prior dentists. The staff was thorough, but I left feeling uneasy. Being told to switch to a soft-bristle toothbrush while also being presented with an expensive treatment plan felt off, particularly when I've felt great about my dental health up until now. Maybe this office is right for some people, but the experience didn't sit well with me. The day comes, i show up at 1:30ish, my appointment was at 2, and waited forever. A lady with no appointment was seen before me. Hour later got my X-rays done over and over to wait another hour.
