Action towing was used through AAA after my exhaust system fell and was dragging on the ground. The technician secured the exhaust piping and stated he would take it to the garage I chose and he would fill out the paperwork for me and drop off the key at the garage. This happened on a Sunday. This saved me from getting a ride to the garage and completing the key drop off paperwork. The technician treated the vehicle with care and was very courteous. I would use them again and recommend them without hesitation based on this experience.

Bob has consistently provided quality service for reasonable prices. He has never tried to fix something on my car that wasn't wrong. He's honest and straightforward about what is and isn't wrong with your car. More than once I've come in telling him I need new tires and he's said "no, these tires still have a good amount of tread so they'll be good for a while longer". This type of integrity takes (most of) the stress out of taking my car in for service. I've referred several friends to him who have also had good experiences.
