I've driven by this place so many times and glad I finally tried it out. I was in the mood for some comfort food and really wanted a savory sandwich with fries. After taking a quick look at their menu, I decided to order the Buffalo Chicken Pressed Wrap. I ordered pickup through the phone and it was ready in about 10 minutes. Parking is non existent so I had to park in the street, across the street, then run over. Once I walked in my order was at the counter, ready to go. The interior is pretty small but cute with a diner theme. I paid quickly and was on my way. (So quick I didn't even get to take a picture, haha) The Buffalo Chicken Pressed Wrap came with fries, a pickle and coleslaw. Everything was so good. The fries were perfectly crispy and the wrap was a good portion. I saved half for later because I was so full. The coleslaw was ok, a little too soggy for me. Ordered food for the first time from here tonight, we got two chicken vodka parm sandwiches with fries and a Caesar salad. We enjoyed all of the food, it's pretty much on par with what you would get from a diner , hence the name. The food was hot and ready quickly, we really enjoyed the sandwiches and french fries. There are a few seats, however it is more of a takeout establishment. Good stuff. read more

Saw this small place open up a couple of years ago and finally got around to trying it. The staff is always happy to greet you when you come in. It's not really a dime in place since there is only the counter and no place to eat inside. It's a good option if you want diner food, but don't have time to dine in at one. They have a decent menu also offering options for dietary needs. They also serve food for vegetarians and vegans using alternative meats. So far only grabbed the crispy chicken wrap and the chicken Cuban. The size of the sandwiches are pretty massive, so you get your money's worth out of it easily being able to save it for another meal. The fries really make it having a good crisp exterior and fluffy interior. The chocolate Browne shake was great too, but not as rich as I would have wished it to be. They're getting a 3 for lack of consistency in the kitchen. The food and portions are very good. But I've ordered the same crispy chicken sandwich 3 separate times and all 3 times I've received a different sandwich. First time I didn't get the pretzel bun that was stated on menu. The second time it was missing bacon. Yesterday I got a sad sandwich without chicken tenders but instead 4 slices of overcooked chicken cutlet. It's very disappointing. We also ordered the southwest salad for delivery and they had already dressed the salad which obviously incorrect. They're a takeout diner. Why would you dress a salad? The Diner Boys fills a gaping market niche in this area, especially during COVID times when indoor dining isn't always an option. They have an extensive menu but for our first order we stuck with classic diner fare, i.e. cheeseburger deluxe. Placed my order through their secure website and our delivery arrived exactly when they said it would. On to the vittles: We're cheeseburger aficionados and these babies were dynamite! A full half pound of tasty juicy angus beef cooked to order topped with perfectly melted cheese, encased in a soft fresh brioche bun with generous helpings of lettuce and thick sliced tomato. They even gave us au jus and tzaziki sauces on the side, so thoughtful. I opted for tater tots as my deluxe option, the first tots I've enjoyed in many years and well worth waiting for! After a while it does start to taste like batter. I can only eat 1/2 of my order. I also ordered A vegan chick'n sandwich that comes with fries. The sandwich is topped with a Mayo, lettuce and tomato. The fries could use some seasoning and the sandwich was good tasted fresh. The sandwich also comes with a pickle. I asked for extra syrup and they did send that. -------------------------------------------------- Ordered from this location last night on Uber eats and got many different items. I ordered the vegan chick'n sandwich with fries. The sandwich came on a nice bread with lettuce, tomato and a sauce similar to Mãyo. The sandwich was good I did have bread left over from both sides but the sandwich was good. Boyfriend: He ordered the Vegan impossible beef quesadilla. He said that it was good had good flavor. He said the meat is good you get a good amount sometimes we need a little more onion, pepper & cheese with this. This is a solid 3.5 star review. While visiting family, we placed a pick-up order. Breakfast quesadilla - I was not a big fan of this. The eggs were way too overdone for me, and could have used a pinch of s&p. The salsa and sour cream containers to go along with it were a sufficient size, as we know sometimes you get nowhere near enough. -Pretzel Sticks - i thought these were just okay. They were soft, but didn't really do much for me. My bigger gripe was really with the cheese sauce, which was not that great. -Chicken cutlet blt sandwich - this was pretty decent. The chicken was a little tough, could have been taken out maybe 90 seconds earlier, but the sandwich was not limp, and had a nice amount of stuff on it. The one thing this sandwich needs though is a dressing or sauce. Although the avocado is there, the sandwich was VERY dry, and I added my own thousand island dressing to it, which made it pretty good. -Chefs salad - a nice amount of toppings included here. This was a solid chefs salad. -Cobb salad - ok, so this is def an issue for the person who ordered it, but when there are 6 salad add-ons on your menu, and you can add any of them to the cobb salad, but you cant do it on the online ordering system, and thus have to call in.... Considering you are mostly a to-go place, would it make sense to have a drop-down option of what protein or add-on is available, instead of only being able to choose chicken or turkey? Regardless, I did not try this one, but the person who ate it said it was fine. Overall, the menu is extensive, the employees seemed incredibly nice, and honestly, the food wasn't bad, it just didnt make any of us go 'oh wow'. Just had a DELICIOUS dinner from The Diner Boys! We shared boneless wings and each had a sandwich. The fries were delicious. And there was plenty to eat...with leftovers! erall this place is great! The food was absolutely wonderful and my friends and I enjoyed it! We ordered the The BEC Breakfast Sandwich,The End Breakfast Sandwich, and Avocado BT Eggs Benedict. The one thing that brought it down one star is that you have to order the food yourself through your phone using a QR code that's on the table. The price is a little more than what is shown on the actually menu. You have to order everything through the phone so if you need something else you have to keep ordering it through. Everything that's shown on the actual menu is not shown on the menu when you order online. I don't know if it's because it's fairly new but the physical menu and the menu online should be more accurate. Otherwise, great food!!! read more

I decided to try to the new location because of the foodie card discount until 9/20. This place needs to be reported to the department of consumer affairs that their prices on their website AND on their new physical menus do not match what they are actually charging customers. Old fashioned fresh toast is listed as $10.95 but I was charged $11.95 & the avocado toast is listed for $12.95 & I was charged $14.45. Yes, only a $2.50 difference but this is still a deceiving practice. Is everything on the menu an incorrect price? When I mentioned this to the employee, he immediately took the paper menu away & he tried to tell me prices went up & the menus are old. Prices went up? You just relocated & these are NEW menus (since it had the new logo & the menu updated/changed from the old location). Good luck with your new location, but I won't be returning. Stopped by here on Sunday afternoon for lunch to take out. It was our first time but I guess it was a good sign when it had a few people waiting inside AND outside! Haha. We grabbed a menu and took a look- lots of selections just like a diner. We kept it simple with just chicken fingers with fries, and the chicken Cuban panini with fries. They said 15-20 minutes for the order so we waited. At the 15-ish mark we went back inside and the order was coming right out so it was perfect timing! I've grown to dislike calling in takeout orders over the phone. There is too much room for error and some times, honestly, I just don't want to talk.. Ordering online via the website (and door dash) was a breeze, as I had no issues putting in items. Since they are takeout only, getting this perfected was crucial. Like another yelper has mentioned, it would be great if I could ask them not to include plastic silverware. I'm eating it at home, after all. The chicken bacon ranch wrap was fantastic. The sriracha shrimp wrap was a spicy party in my mouth with fried shrimp and pepper jack cheese. Most of the dishes come with fries, pickle, and an outstanding cole slaw. The slaw tasted like the dependable diner staple I ate throughout high school and college. No detail left out when packaging it all up. Just a tip, if you order, pick it up yourself asap else your fries will get soggy. The only thing I was not fond of was the Turkey burger. The patty was blander than Ben Stein's famous drawl. I don't know if the fat content was just too low, it wasn't seasoned enough or it was cooked a bit long -- unsure. My dog loved it. I did not. Perhaps I'll try the black bean next time? Speaking of which, they have a commendable sized Vegan menu. I'm all about eating less meat and value having options on the table. They're the new takeout spot on the block. Tried breakfast here for the first time. Online ordering was simple and smooth. Our food was ready 10 mins early but I ordered right after opening on New Years Day. Service was fast and polite. The smell of freshly made bacon and potatoes on the fryer was heavenly. My husband said it was the best bacon egg and cheese he ever had. What is in this bacon - It was so good. Kids shared the pancakes and although we typically love the ones from Apollo, these rivaled in fluffiness. They had a bit of vanilla/sweetness to them and were delicious. I stole a few bites. I had a veggie omelette which was filled with various veg and came with toast and home fries. One suggestion to the restaurant, give an option online for no plastic cutlery. It just helps the environment. I could have mentioned it but forgot, but I always click that option on other online food ordering websites (if I missed it, my bad). The onion rings were probably the worst I have ever had anywhere.they were so soggy the breading or batter felt like a wet sponge. Chicken ceaser wrap steamed so much the lettuce looked like sautéed spinach. 0 stars should be a option. Get paper containers and and or bags. At the very least cut the corner off the container lid to allow steam to escape. This is like kitchen 101. read more

My family and I went here because my wife heard good things. We walk in and the woman there goes to seat us. We walk to the table and the chairs are all wet so I ask nicely can I have something just to wipe the chair. She says with an attitude I just cleaned them. I said I can see they are clean but can I have something so I can dry it as I don't want to sit on a wet chair. I even said I will wipe it. She comes over with an attitude and wipes it and says is that good enough for you. I said yes thanks but can you dry the other one because it was very wet too. She throws her hands up in the air and say yea I guess and looks at me nasty. After drying the second chair she says again is that dry enough for you in a nasty way. I said if it was a problem you could of just gave me the napkins and I could of done it. She rolled her eyes and walks away. My wife looks at me and was like okay time to go so we walked out. Have been around this place many times and it always smelled so good. I finally went in and ordered something to try them out. I ordered the Hangover fries one Saturday morning and they were fantastic. I ordered dinner from them about a week later and the burger I got was perfect. Tasted so fresh and was perfectly cooked. I love their fries. They stay crispy in the container which is very rare for fries. Definitely recommend giving them a try. read more

Just placed an Uber eats order to try this place for the first time. I don't typically like to write negative reviews given the pandemic however BOTH of our orders were wrong. My husband ordered the New York burger, which gets its name for being served on a bagel as opposed to a traditional bun, but it arrived on a regular bun. The burger was ordered medium and arrived rare. I ordered the sriracha chicken sandwich which comes with sriracha aioli, but I was given bbq sauce instead. The Buffalo wings were okay but lacked sauce so if you're into dry soiced Buffalo wings, you would like these. Curley fries and house salad were excellent. Dressing was simple and lettuce was fresh.
