Dressed casually in this casual setting that was well lit. We came to take advantage of a deal that was advertised "combo BOGO 50% off" within the hours of the promotion, but we were taken advantage of! Asking the employee for the advertised combo he specifically and directly point at the sandwich menu which was significantly higher priced starting at $18. It looks like a steak sandwich, I asked if it was a burger, he stated that it comes like a burger. So we each ordered that and with onion rings. He stated that they come with French fries, we said we wanted to have onion rings for an extra charge. I'm starting to notice a language comprehension challenge in the exchange as he kept saying that the sandwich comes with fries, He later confirms our order minus fries and stated that there's $.75 extra. Sitting down viewing the aesthetics as stated previously, we started observing the menu closer and noticed that the menu says " burger combos" starting at $11. Questions does arise about the promo. Talking to the employee, asking why does the menu say combo and you pointed to the sandwich, his reply was that sandwiches are the only combos that they have. I replied but that sign says sandwiches and the other menu says burger combos and you pointed to the sandwiches, why would you point to the sandwich. I was looking for his guidance into the right direction. If looks could kill, he'd be serving a life sentence. I interpreted the look as he was caught in a trap with no way out because he said they only had one combo. So he admitted, after interrogation that we could have ordered the P. S Burger combo. His tactics to spend my money was misleading in every shape form or fashion. The sandwiches (not a burger even though it looked like a burger) had chunks of steak and was falling apart every time you bit into it, leaving chunks of meat in your mouth, that you must now negotiate in order not to choke. We could have walked away happy and satisfied spending $18 minus tax. Instead I spent $18 on one sandwich for a total of $28.5. ( 2 orders of onion rings and the BOGO) To add, they bring you the food, put a tip jar out, and expect you to tip on top of being taken for $10 extra. So the extra went into revenue, not the tip jar. I actually thought P.S Burger would add to our palate but it's just not going to work out. The employee's actions led us to spend more than intended, and that affected the overall experience. But still.... Inspire more, Yelp more!

The burgers here always are great and just overall a great spot: good food, nice cashiers, clean spot, and fast service. Personally, I recommend the P.S. Hawaii and P.S. Texas.

We did the spicy mustard ketchup hot sauce combo and made out not so secret sauce. Question : am I wrong to pour ketchup all over my fries and not in the corner? I was told people who have mental disorders do such things but then again, memes are memes. So did it match Popeyes ? I'll say , mmmm it's in a class of its own. Pickles would have really jazzed it up but the lettuce and tomatoes are a luxury being that produce prices have risen so I'll give them that. The staff was friendly and while MisterBabe and I were discussing different types of mysterious stairs going nowhere found in the woods (Google it , it's a crazy and creepy rabbit hole you'll either thank or hate me for later), the topic was changed almost immediately for fear of the boogeyman. We finished our Sammiches and I would say there was an air of satisfaction. Although they almost lost a star for the lack of potent carbonation in their soda fountain, the save came when they offered cans and a boat load of condiments. It's a great sandwich by itself, skip the combo, buy 2 to go, bring it home and make your own fries and a bottle of Mexican cola, you are solid (also a plate of celery and carrot sticks are great for "regularity" , which was stressed to the TC&B staff. I like how they kept the pizzeria theme in the front from the previous pizza establishment. The quality is just as good as before My only complaint was the wait time. I must have waited half an hour for my order. There's no real waiting area either so me and some other customers just stood in the front awkwardly waiting for our orders.
