She's always ready for him, has a fresh crate in the appropriate size all set up. She's great at communicating for appointments and when our dog is all set. And best of all, he looks GREAT when we get him back. He's never been cut. Now I don't even need to tell her what we like, she just remembers and shapes up everything nicely. One time, his nails weren't as short as I like. I brought him back and she was super kind about cutting them a bit shorter. She is also reasonable for the size of dog we have. (I will mention, this is in a converted house across from TMHS that also does doggie daycare and boarding. You walk in and you can hear all these dogs start barking and the place doesn't smell super great. You will pause and think... is this ok?!? TRUST.) We went on to work successfully with behaviorists in December for reactivity. How disgusting to set a working level at a 17 on a 6 mo old puppy. The use of the prong and e-collar in this institution is appalling. I'm not against these tools, but the people handling them are not worth your money nor your dogs well-being.
