I found a rabbit ear, tilapia skin, trachea wrapped with gullet and stuffed tremenda. They asked what kind of pup I had and I mentioned her birthday was this summer so they surprised me with several free samples. We can't wait to go back!

He then tells me that he was bitten by a collie like ours . He had a very condescending attitude. When I talked to the manager (who vaguely resembled Ruth from Ozark), she was not effective in trying to resolve my complaint. Beware if you have this guy as your groomer. FYI, I have been taking my dogs there for over 10 years and this is the first time being treated so rudely.

I was told that the hair loss is just normal for her breed and that's what's likely causing the issue. I was never even offered anything to treat the itching. After being told this for the 3rd time, and with my dog experiencing progressive hair loss and worsening itching, I finally took her somewhere else. After just one visit at another vet clinic, the vet went over treatment options and rightly guessed that my dog was having allergies based on where her hair loss was and where she was itching. She even discussed other causes if this treatment didn't work. Petco didn't even ask me this. Since starting a prescription allergy pill her itching has greatly decreased and her hair is growing back. Looks like it wasn't just her breed's genetics.

From the moment I arrived, Tayah was rude and unprofessional, making harsh comments about my dog being matted without even touching him. I explained clearly that she could trim as needed if there were any mats, but to leave his face and tail. When she called later, she even admitted he "wasn't as bad as she thought." Yet when I picked him up, his face was completely butchered - easily the worst Goldendoodle haircut I've ever seen. She had shaved awkwardly around his nose but left the sides untouched. As I asked her to fix it, I overheard her joking to the other groomers that this was the "second Goldendoodle she's victimized." As she was fixing it another groomer had to come in to help her as well. I believe she might have been in training, but If that's the case, it should have been disclosed before the appointment - I would never have booked with someone inexperienced for a dog with a difficult coat. The awful haircut was one thing, but her attitude towards me since I walked through the door sealed the deal. I will NEVER return to this PetSmart for grooming again.

My only complaint is that it took me three Pet Supply Plus stores today to get the items I wanted because by the time I shopped on the last day of the sale, the inventory was pretty picked over. I am always impressed with the service I get at Pet Supplies Plus and this store was not an exception to that.
