I want to be clear it is not all on your trainer and dog, you need to own your role in maintaining the training. The team did a full in-take with our doodle, they even helped us by explaining some needs we didn't understand for his diet and exercise level. Doodles are smart, but stubborn-they need consistency and this training helped us with that. Our furry guy is eager to please and so smart and now he is in tune with us and behaving. No more nipping, no more attacking our cat, no more jumping up and I can finally walk my dog peacefully (and so can our 5 year old). There are precise guidelines for drop off and pick up, and that demonstrates professionalism and care and respect for ALL their clients, including those already in training. They have a kennel of clients to train and maintain. Just as I have a schedule I expect people to respect, these pros do as well. The team grooms your dog before bringing them home (which was unexpected and sincerely appreciated). YOU need to do work too-this isn't passive drop your dog off and do nothing training (no training is that way). The team has guidelines and they will follow up with you, but you need to be ready to partner with your pup to maintain things. My husband was initially very overwhelmed by this...however, he did GREAT as we all have and we feel supported even after our training is complete. (We've had questions and the team at CRK9 is always prompt in getting back with us, even after our training). We are truly thankful to have had this training as without it we couldn't manage our dog. Our family stress level is improved but more importantly we can now communicate with and enjoy our dog. Carlos and his team ( including his amazing wife Elyse) saved the day! We sent our girl for a month long board and train and what a difference it made. I have never done a board and train with any dog and was nervous about having her demeanor/personality change but she came back to us amazingly skilled, well behaved and still the sweet, loving girl we left her as. Carlos has followed up on her, answered any post training questions and has been so supportive in her well being and skill set. Let me say that again, she travels to you. She can come to your home, meet you at a dog park, or anywhere your dog is having issues. She is the best! Not only does she travel to you, she brings her own treats for your babies and her price is so reasonable!!! She charges you by the hour but she isn't crazy expensive. I also like the fact that I wanted her to come a few times a week and she actually told me that my dogs didn't need that much training and that once a week or every other week would be fine for them. WOW! I found her on Thumbtack....It's a consumer service for finding and hiring local professionals. Thumbtack allows service providers and consumers to find each other and negotiate jobs online. I was looking for a dog trainer to come to my house. I received 4 offers. I was able to check out her page...see what she was about and read some reviews from her customers. I always use Yelp first but I didn't see many businesses and pricing was never discussed, which was a concern for me. So Ashley had been coming to my house probably 6-8 times since last year. My babies love her. She is calm and so sweet to them. They love her so much! I am sure they love her treats too! My Frenchies (2 & 3 yrs old) can now sit, stay, wait (this is when we hold a treat right in front of their face and they don't try to snatch it) and lay down. She has also helped with some potty issues that our youngest had. She helps us understand why our dogs are doing certain things and their motives. We rescued our doggies & they are Frenchies so they are stubborn to boot. So she helps us understand certain behaviors and how to correct them. One of the qualities I like most about Ashley is that she is very professional but very sweet. She always confirms your appointment via text the day before and if she can come a little earlier she'll ask and if she is running a little behind she'll let you know a few hours in advance. I also like that I can ask here questions or concerns I am having with my guys through texts or a phone call. I don't have to wait until our appointment. Which is a big help when something happens and I want to know why as soon as possible. I have only used her for behavior training but I know that she can do much more as well. Constant Infections that led to infection on the spine that paralyzed her at only 1yr old. Told a refund or would replace the puppy. Neither was done do to it being 1 yr? Wolves den says not their dog? Tracy sells puppies through your Facebook page? We we're led to believe we we're buying from you? Now you are posting Pixie the mother to our dog on your Facebook page? But not your dog? I have screenshots',so no denying your connection to Tracy. Buyer beware, this has been a heartbreaking experience for our family.

I've never seen such service, where I actually have a relationship with these ladies now and we still talk. Even after a year, they are very close and always are looking out for my dog. I was at my wits end when I found Steven through Bark.com. From the start he was very encouraging, and explained exactly how his Fear Free training could help. After visiting his well-maintained Training Center, I enrolled Poboy in the two-week board and train. Within days, Poboy was loose-leash walking, following commands like focus and auto sit. I received daily video updates, which gave me peace of mind. When I needed to switched to in-home Training, Steven was very understanding. The transformation was immediate-- Much calmer, less dominant and our first walk was AWESOME!!. Week by week, Steven taught us how to prevent Poboy's guarding/dominate behavior and if it does happen how to easily deescalate. He also taught us how to communicate properly with Poboy.
