There is an area right next to the entrance of the dog park that would be best. It is separated by a small and a large dog park area,. It also has little obstacles for the dogs to complete in both of the areas. I would say depending on your dog if it is a busy Saturday afternoon. The kids having fun and yelling may be distracting to your animal. Overall. It was a very pleasant experience and the dog park was big and the people seemed nice.

There are posts with plastic bags and trash deposit for the fur babies pick up. One important thing: there is a water fountain but hasn't been working in the times that I've been there so the community has been bringing large bottles of water to share.

I have a German Shepherd, a Doberman and a Puggle. I take all of them to the big dog side and have never had any issues. People are always so friendly, it's a ginormous park with some agility equipment towards the back, 2 water stations, It's pretty clean so you don't have to constantly look where you're walking for land mines - nice! Plenty of seating so it accommodates a lot of people without feeling crowded. Covered picnic tables, benches under the trees and along the fence lines. They always leave there totally exhausted which is why I take them to begin with. Like everywhere else it does get and stays muddy after a good rain storm but they do have a wash off station right outside of the gate so bring a towel, it's nothing fancy for sure but it does the job. I did see a couple of scuffles but like all good parents they immediately separated them and then they saw the aggressor and his daddy took him home for a time out. Okay, the only reason for the 4 star- a random guy commented on my dogs and when I asked him which dog was his he said he didn't have one, he just liked to come and watch everyone else's. I was getting ready to leave soon anyway so it just kicked me into high gear. It just seemed off, maybe he really liked dogs and I read too much into it????

The dog park has ample parking for your car and friend when taking them here. Almost all of the times I been here, there were really only 3 or 4 other people here. The park has clean restrooms onsite also with a water fountain. There are 2 large dog parks for large dogs as well as 2 large parks for the small fellows as well. All 4 parks are covered with green luscious grass and just about a tree every 5 feet you walk. So please don't worry about not having shade because you're literally surrounded by the best shade there possibly is and the great open outdoors. All the parks have benches to sit at, as well as cement bricks for resting. There are multiple water fountains in each park, disbursing water from the bottom for your friend as well. They also have doggie bags and trash cans inside the parks too! Every time I been here, all the dogs seemed properly behaved, and they definitely knew how to chase and play. I really enjoyed taking my best friend here and getting her all worked up outside and having fun while socializing with other companions. There's a variety of choice to eat here last time we got pizza and tacos and we wanted tot rt the empanadas but we will next time. You order at their window and can sit inside their shack or take it to the patio. Since we have our dog we always sit out and enjoy the patio and view of other dogs. We always end up at the brewery here where they have a pretty good selection of crafts. The place is also family friendly and has a little area for kids to run around too. It's great to get some outdoors and munches
