This is the third time we've used Juan's Groom Room and have never been happier! Juan and Ronney are not only friendly and professional, but they seem to love the pups and what they are doing. My pups have never been happier! At first I was hesitant to go to a home based groomer. Mentally I was picturing a groomer huddled over the household bathtub or sink washing my dogs and grooming them on the kitchen table or counter. This was not the case. The groom room is by and far the cleanest and fanciest facility I have seen! The groom room is set up in the 'garage' but transformed in a way you'd never think it was once a garage. There is even a separate entrance as well as a pooping area with bags/trash station. Unlike grooming salons I've used in the past, your dogs are the only clients at your appointment time. Therefore, no long wait for getting your dogs back. Additionally, there isn't the issue I've experienced with mobile groomers (truck is too hot in the summer- stressful on pups), running late traveling from last appointment- often several hours, if not cancelled altogether or truck broke down. These aren't issues at Juan's Groom Room! JGR also the only groomer I've used that requires that shots are UTD. Although some may perceive this as an inconvenience, I appreciate that the health and safety of pups is important. Juan's Groom Room is the best- Pickles, Penny and I all give five stars!

Years ago I remember it was only $45, but, I will still keep coming back here just for him. Only tricky part is finding the place. Even after coming here for years, I still need Google maps because I take the wrong turns sometimes. For appointments, it's helpful to be flexible. Usually they don't take same day grooming due to being booked. Appointments typically are weeks out, especially in the warmer months.

Over the years, several groomers have worked on Quinn, but I've found consistency with David. He is accommodating with scheduling, and his service is always quick, friendly, and professional.
