    Cheesesteak and onion rings

Wellllll I'm not happy about this meal! Which is very sad . The owner really sold us girls on the cheesesteak voted best in town. I'm not so sure about that. Cheesesteak was very bland we had to add salt and pepper just to taste. I'm sad to say we won't be back.

Had the Italian hot dog. It was pretty good for Florida could of used a few more peppers and potatoes. The bread was on point

Paradise Treats - Melbourne Beachside - 3 Stars I am thoroughly ineluctable whenever I see a sign stating we have the "best __________ in" the County, the city, the state, the world, etc. I always find it amusing a habitué needs to self vouch. It's like the guy who looks you in the eye and tells you "he is the most honest guy in the world." You immediately touch your wallet to make sure it is still there. Anyway, Paradise Treats touts itself as the best Cheesesteak in the County. So I ordered the cheesesteak, but knowing what could very well be coming I also ordered the Italian Style hotdog. I forgot to mention this is a food truck that rents space at Paradise Beach Park. The Italian style hotdog is a giant all beef frankfurter on a soft roll. It is covered in sautéed green peppers, onions and chunks of seasoned flavorful potatoes. The combination is definitely worth stopping and trying. The only place to sit is a couple of benches with beach umbrellas so you may want to eat in your car or back home like I did. So, why three stars? Because the cheesesteak is poor. It is prepared with small chunks of diced meat that is so portionless you at first think you are getting a vegetarian sandwich. I decided to pluck a chunk of meat off the bun to sample it. It was seasoned, but just with salt and pepper. It really was just a steak sandwich, and not a good one. So in response to "best cheesesteak," well not even close. Big boy says try the hotdogs avoid the cheesesteak.

Ultimately, the cheesesteak sandwiches were pretty good -- I'm not convinced they are the best in Brevard County like the guy claims. It was difficult placing the order - the guy that run this little food truck isn't exactly what I could call pleasant but it was near my home so it was pretty convenient.

Came here on a hot day for some burgers. From the pictures of the food I was expecting more, meat didn't seem fresh made, seemed like pre frozen patties. However the waffle fries were very good. Wouldn't come back for a burger, but would probably try the cheesesteak and some of their sweets.

Everything was pretty cost efficient looking at the menu prices. Most food trucks I've seen are overpriced and have smaller portions. I didn't try everything they were cooking, but the chicken tacos were on point. Some of the best chicken I've ever tasted really. It instantly stood out when I took a bite. Idk how they got so much flavor in it. Must be triple marinated or something. There were steak and shrimp options I seen also. Diff bowls, tacos, and burrito options on the menu. A couple side items to choose from as well. The food was ready quite quickly. Everything was nice and fresh. They also had this homemade mango salsa that was ridiculously good. You could tell they spent a ton of time preparing that and everything else they had to offer. Like I said I didn't try everything, but looking forward to when I see them again. Idk where they set up at regularly, but they said you could contact them for private events if need be and gave me a card. I'm guessing they're at diff places in general. Anyways def would recommend giving them a shot if you see them out.

I stopped into The Donut Baron today on a whim after spotting them while trying to grab coffee…read moresomewhere else -- and I'm so glad I did. The staff was incredibly friendly, and all of their donuts were out on display looking amazing. I love supporting small businesses, so I figured I'd give them a try. They hand-roll and fry all of their donuts in-house, and you can absolutely tell. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and made with care. I asked for recommendations and ended up getting the maple bacon and the s'mores donuts. I also had the chance to try their glazed donut and wow... that ended up being my favorite out of everything. I would honestly come back just for the glazed. It had the perfect amount of glaze -- sweet but not overpowering -- and the donut itself was thick, soft, and fluffy. The ratio was perfect. These donuts have substance. They're not the type that melt away instantly, but they're still super soft and fresh. They're exactly the kind of donuts you can actually chew and enjoy. The maple bacon was perfectly balanced with crispy bacon and just the right amount of maple, and the s'mores donut was huge, rich, and such a fun treat. I would choose these donuts over Dunkin or grocery store donuts any day. If you want something fresh, handmade, and genuinely delicious -- and want to support a small business -- The Donut Baron is absolutely worth the stop. I'll definitely be back.
