The powdered, which were for me, were NOT overly sweet and the dough was fresh and soft, almost melting in my mouth. There really are not many donuts shops in the area, besides numerous Dunkins which I was never fond of, so if I find one that bests this place I will review it and downgrade this one a star, but for the moment it's 5 stars and we will return.
