Overall just underwhelming and disappointing. We came to this shop thinking it was something else we had looked up on Google. We ordered a half dozen of different assortment and dozen donut holes. Just not good and tasted odd. As someone who's had family own a bakery I understand things are made early and then sit in cases but these just didn't seem fresh. And I'm not sure why but it was kind of frustrating to be greeted with "what would you like?" then as I start telling the person I get interrupted with "well okay, now how many donuts are you getting?" Just again overall dissatisfied. Two stars for clean establishment. read more

Swung wide off of 15 in route to St . George for Donut Run--- after reading so many reviews regarding service, the pared with donuts, we figured-- 'what could go wrong?!!' Hype did not disappoint! Gentlemen (owner) behind the counter was chatty, even at 6 am, lol... being new to the area we have come to appreciate a friendly face. Onto the donuts! We grabbed a six pack-- one old fashioned, blueberry glaze, classic glazed, cinnamon sugar, buttermilk bar & and crumb cake style ---- SO SO GOOD!! I took my kids here so we could try a new donut shop. They each picked out a donut and we sat down to eat them. We were all quite surprised it didn't taste that great. We thought the cake donuts tasted a little bit better than the raised donuts. The raised donuts didn't have much flavor or much of a chew that other donuts have. And the glaze was quite disappointing. Especially the chocolate glaze. It tasted kind of powder sugary and not that great. I don't like leaving reviews that aren't more on the positive side but I'm just being honest. Hopefully it was just the quality of the donuts today. I will say that the lady who helped us get our donuts was really nice and patient. read more

Cowboy Donuts 1306 E Center Street Spanish Fork, Utah I discovered this place on a road trip with friends a few years ago and now it is a must stop every time I'm in the area. Their donuts are made fresh daily and are so good! They always have a great variety of flavors, but the blueberry cake donut will forever be my favorite! They also have kolaches which are amazing! It's a delicious roll filled with meat and cheese. They have ham and cheese, sausage and cheese, or bacon, egg and cheese. Great establishment with awesome people, not so impressed with the eats. The dough of the raised donuts is great and I liked the maple frosting, but I took issue with the amount of frosting. Not enough glaze on the glazed, maple on the maple raised, Or chocolate on the chocolate raised. Give us our moneys worth! The rest of the donuts were sup par (chocolate chocolate cake, white cake white frosting, lemon filled) I would like to try the kolaches, but I won't be spending that much on donuts again unless they up their frosting portions or wow me with improved cake donuts. read more

I came for the kolaches since they advertised they make them. When I saw the selection I was disappointed that they had only three different ones to chose from- turkey jalapeño, ham jalapeño and ham/cheese. They informed me they usually only have those to chose from so it's like I went on a bad day or late in the day- it was 8Am. I ordered two of each and went home and inside the kolaches was just... SAD. There was hardly anything inside. I wouldn't waste my money on those again. I'm used to them being filled with ham, eggs and cheese but nope theirs just looked pitiful. I did indeed get doughnuts with my kolaches and they came through with those. Moral of the story, go to Cowboy doughnuts for their doughnuts only and don't waste your money on the kolaches. read more

Can I just saw how fabulous the Cowboy donut owners are?! Our neighborhood ordered 36 dozen donuts and they waived the delivery fee for us. It was spectacular! --and this time I mean the donuts. They were perfectly fluffy and of course delicious. They have a fantastic old fashioned maple (my #1), along with their raised maple (my #2), and their blueberry is definitely a blue donut rich with real blueberry abundance (close #2 as well). Derek, one of the owners, is the most genuinely sweet man; the perfect pair to his sweet donuts. ;) Every time I'm in Spanish Fork, I intend to hit them up. read more

BEST donuts ever! Their cake donuts are very moist but not oily like other places. My favorite cake donut flavor is blueberry and so I have to always get one here. My Mom loves their cinnamon sugar cake donut equally. Make sure you get here or order early, as they tend to sell out due to popularity. Customer service is always really friendly and helpful. We go here for "donut Saturday" with my kids most weeks. Staff is super friendly and on top of things. Their blueberry crumb cake donut is hands down their best. Kolaches are good. Personally I'd work on the fritters but nothing is bad. One of the best donut shops in Utah Valley. read more

Pretty good donuts, and fair prices. I had a maple bar, old fashioned and a raspberry fritter. They were all good. Prices were fair too. Not too sweet, the donut itself was tender and fresh, and the glazes weren't overly sweet. Best donut in Spanish Fork. Used to be Cowboy donuts but changed its name. Not sure what the reason for this was but the quality of their product remains in tact. It is a fast and easy experience and the employees are very friendly. I am a regular and every now and again the throw in a free dozen for me. Well worth the time to walk in. read more

Wow wow WOW!! These donuts are THE BEST OF THE BEST in Utah I've ever tasted! We don't live in Spanish Fork, but WILL travel 30 mins one way just to get these jewels!!! My family and I are a bit of donut "snobs" and would rather throw away mediocre donuts because it's not worth the calories. I HOPE they open one in Pleasant Grove or at least close to it! You can tell the freshness with every bite, and also stellar customer service every time we show up. This place is awesome. The pumpkin spice donut is one of the best I've had and the chocolate/chocolate cake donut is the best I've ever had. I also bought a Spinach Artichoke Colach that was supurb. And the service gets 5 stars too. Such friendly service and an inviting atmosphere. I can't say enough great things about this place. You just have to experience it for yourself. After eating here, I feel like I hit the donut lottery, especially since they gave me a couple extra at closing time. So we stopped by & picked up some donuts today...the selection was limited but that's our fault for getting up before 11:00 on a Saturday. So no kolaches, no apple fritters, none of the 'good' stuff...but the donuts are pretty fantastic. No, wait, let me be more eloquent...these donuts are very freaking fantastic. The cake donut with crumbles is so light, smooth, & buttery...it will totally restore one's faith in a higher power. The 'regular' donuts are simply perfect. Whoever is in the back here actually making the donuts, needs to be hired to teach every other donut shop on the planet how to make donuts. I tried, and in some cases more than tried, eight different things (cake donut, ham and cheese roll, Bavarian and glazed) and speaking as someone who knows how to bake, these guys know how to make donuts. These are literally like what I would consider to be "textbook standard American donuts." Flavor, texture, the layer of sugar crunch on the fritters, the way that the glazed donuts just kind of melt but have a well developed structure and don't just disappear... After they mentioned that water wasn't free to go and asked that I pay $1 for a water I insisted I would like the water to stay well they didn't like that I wanted to sit down and drink my coffee, also that water almost never came til mins before I had to go , I had to ask three times before a bald older grouchy looking man named Christopher slammed the cup on the counter, the lady who took the order never got the water and so when I reminded them that I had waited forever for the water he went shouting that he was "too busy with the drive thru and that I had to wait ." The situation turned dangerous after I used the restroom which I had to ask for a code to enter and he shouted the numbers at me like I was a lil Toddler learning numbers . I overheard Christopher calling me a "bitch." When I was entering the restroom. As I came out I tried to ask the female barista for the owner's name to report the name Calling and attitude , she ignored me twice. Shouting, "Yes, I said you are a bitch because you are a bitch, coming here giving us attitude about whipp cream treating us like crap !" He proceeded to: * Physically intimidate me by lunging toward me and repeatedly slamming the mop against the floor as he mopped . * Use xenophobic slurs, called me a bitch at least 10 times, mocking my accent and screaming that he didn't know "what hole I came from" but that I "needed to go back to it." Both of these employees Threaten me by shouting for me to "get the eff out" and claiming they would call the police for trespassing because I dared to ask for the owner's name and because they didn't like that I was not taking their attitude or prejudice against me. Just so you know Mr nit so kind Chris working at the coffee shop. I own 2 business and I am a citizen raised in Utah since 1998 and came here legally! You making assumptions about what hole I came from is pretty low and ignorant . The drive-thru was left unattended while he screamed at me. Multiple customers were so horrified some were confused some walked out. In fact, a couple followed me to my car to make sure I was okay and suggested I file formal charges. Christopher has apparently managed this shop for 8 years, yet he lacks basic anger management and human decency. If you are a person with an accent or a customer or professional who expects basic respect, stay away. This staff is a massive liability to the brand. They need to leave customer service to people who actually want to work who has the energy and the passion for customers and who want to represent a brand not some hippie who doesn't care to trash the brand and drive revenue to the floor . Check their google reviews and you will see how much they disrespect customers. They think because their friends have posted some fake reviews that those reviews can distract from the other reviews where customers or victims or as they call us " trolls" have posted the truth. I don't care how much people thinks that senior barista Chris and senior lady barista think they are a badass. For all I know they both act as if they hate their job wearing that bitterness in their faces. It is clear that that are butthurt that there aren't as many customers "wonder why" but also butthurt that they probably don't get many tips. Please go get a real Job leave this to the youthful happy hipsters. I know several baristas that have worked here at both locations in the past and many have left this job unhappy. Owners wake up before you guys have to close your doors maybe start finding that guy and that lady a replacement before you are left with just Chris family and friends as customers. We are in a economy where we can't risk losing customers. Chris won't pay your bills when you have to shut down that place or better yet he won't be able to afford or help you guys pay a lawsuit if you keep allowing him to not control his anger and entitlement in this building. Good luck. I give it a couple of years before this building goes out of business.

Then you got to make sure to tip these people! Because it appears that at this specific establishment, I don't know how much theses guys are making, but they want their tips, bad. Besides you're paying for a drink, you're also very much expected to pay extra for the basic professionalism you suppose to get as a paying customer as well. So, please, if you decide to get anything here, besides the $6 or $7 you're already planning on paying for the drink, you also need to prepare an extra dollar or two for the tips so you don't get judged and left wondering if your drink is made right or not. This is just a recommendation for the new customers that decide to give this place a try so you don't leave wondering what you've done wrong for just wanting a coffee.
