Terrible customer service, we had two Cookie Monster desserts from them that were completely undercooked/ raw cookie. They try to claim it's "soft baked" however it was so wiggly and the color resembled uncooked cookie dough that sat in the oven for maybe 5 minutes. They tell me I'm wrong and that won't fix it. I will never eat here again based on the fact that they served raw cookie dough and tried tell me it was "soft baked". I will also not eat here again because of the terrible customer service. The guy on the phone laughed when I said it was under baked and that they wouldn't do anything for me. Maybe I'll enjoy scenes like this when I'm of age. In my experience with sports bars, the food isn't too fantastic. The draft didn't change that opinion. In addition to meh food, the service wasn't great. Cherissa (I believe) was a fairly nice gal, she quickly greeted us and took our drink order. In a timely manner she came back to take our full order. Seems alright so far? That's what we thought too. It took a while for our food to arrive on a not so busy night. That raised some curiosity. She kept coming back asking if our drinks were ok, which seemed nice and we had no suspicions something was out of place. When our food arrived, my meal came out a few minutes later. She plopped my thin looking chicken quesadilla in front of me. I reminded her I asked for a side of ranch. I use to come here weekly - when it was called "wings and things". They change the name but the design and the food in the menu is all the same. It's really gone downhill. They got one waitress running the entire area (and she's not very good). First come back visit, I had to Hunter down to order drinks ask about my food and get the bill. But I was still luckier than the table next to me, who sat there for 25 minutes before they figured out the salad was self-serve. Second visit, I was there for 33 minutes before she even came and said "hi". she gave me a menu and I didn't see her again for another 20 minutes. I only had 45 minutes to eat now and I didn't want to risk it, so I just walked out. The short of it is, the food is good (it was better), but unless you have two hours eat and and don't minehunting your waitress down, you might want to pick another place. read more

Expensive, but 2 for 1 pizza (Saturdays only) took away some of the sting...And the pizza was excellent! Food portions in general are generous and tasty. Look for GroupOn (et. al.) deals online too! If you're a smoker (which I am not) you will love this place. Hoards of smokers out front of the bar/restaurant just puffing away, and the front door propped open. Or maybe you just like cigarette smoke stinging your nose while you're eating (which I don't). The people working there don't even seem to notice. I mentioned it to our waitress. Nothing was done. We were very excited to try out a new wing place, and very disappointed once we had. I wish I could comment on the food, but I couldn't really taste it. Too much smoke, which was much too distracting. I couldn't wait to get out of there so i could breathe. I've driven by a couple of times to see if the situation was the same, or if it was just a one time deal. I do other business in the area. Our first try was in the evening, so maybe it's different at lunch time. It seems like such a fun place...but it was the same. The last time I drove by, (mid-day) two smoking bikers standing out front. Yikes! I have nothing against bikers. Some of my best friends are bikers. It's just the smoking bikers that scare me away. I think a large percentage of their customers are smokers who have found their haven. The smoking law in Oceanside allows restaurant owners to make their own policies regarding smoking on their patios. But if they choose to allow it, I suggest they keep the doors closed to accommodate the customers who don't smoke. (The smokers were standing IN the doorway - so they could watch the TVs.) I understand the attraction to potential customers of an open door, but there's got to be a better way to draw people in, and I get that it's a bar, and that smokers like to chain smoke when they drink. Usually sports bars are fun, because you can take your kids there. I would never take my kids here. Too bad. Regarding the location, parking is non-existent - spaces are tight - too much potential for door dings. We parked in the grocery store parking lot and walked there. Same story for all of the businesses who share that parking lot. Too many businesses - not enough parking. Narrow drive lanes. So, if the owners are reading this, and you decide to change your policy and keep the doors closed and maybe add a fan to blow the smoke outward, let me know. I would be happy to come back and try it again. I would really like to know if the food is any good. read more

Have gone to this establishment several times for several different food items. Today was a bit different. Called our 2 wing order in for a to go order at 1830 and waited till 1926 to receive the food. Yes, they were SUPER busy so I wasn't in any type of frustrated mood until I got home...both order of wings were two completely different types of seasoning than what we ordered and we only received 1 ranch for 35 wings. I went ahead and gave them a call to just simply let them know that our food order was wrong and their manager Tom, insisted of us to come back and get our food remade. Having 2 babies and loading them up were just not going to happen. But Mr. Tom saved the day. Instead of just brushing it under the wrong as a business taking a customers money and the customer losing out, he insisted that I text him personally the issue and that he would be sending me a refund on a gift card via mail. Best happy hour in town by far. I can come here and have a few beers for just $3.50 a pint...and it applies to any beer! I love a place with a wide selection of craft beers to choose from. . If only their customer service quality matched their great food. We ordered take out and they shortened us a few wings, didn't notice until we got home. Used to be a Wings Pizza n Things. The owners broke off of franchise a few months ago. This is my spot for wings. If you've never been, go in and try the chipotle wings. If that is all I was reviewing, I'd give it a 5 star. Unfortunately due to them hosting all the fights and ppv events I have to give 3. These days you can't even get in to eat even if you aren't going to watch an event. They make you pay just for head room. That is not cool. The beer is the normal: Coors, Miller, Anheiser Busch, with some locals and a few premiums. No, I don't consider Bud select premium. In fact it's garbage. Came here for a spur of the moment birthday party for a friend. The place seemed clean, I didn't really get a good look at the details. There were a ton of tv's everywhere which was cool! I ordered the Cobb salad which was really good but my blue cheese dressing wasn't cold. Yuck! I also had a bite of the pizza which was mediocre at best. I also tried some of their regular buffalo wings- bone in and it was ok. The skin was over cooked and the sauce wasn't covering all the wings. I've had a lot better wings. The waiter was nice at first and very friendly but then after awhile he started to get annoyed with our table and even had attitude at one point. My friends and I were in the area for a oceanside getaway. I'm pretty hard to please when it comes to burgers. When I came I didn't have high expectations but the burger blew me away. I ordered the Texas burger. I usually get two patties since most burgers are not filling. You will not have that problem here. The burger was literally bigger than the size of my hand. After walking in 2hours before the listed closing time we waited 25 minutes before any waiter even acknowledged us. When they did they told us the kitchen was just closed and were rude. In all fairness, we left. They had the speakers set so LOUD everyone was yelling to be heard. Cacophony at it's worst. The 3 stars is because the employees were very nice and accommodating, even when we left. My suggestion is turn the sound down. Used to come to The Draft (formerly Wings Pizza and Things) to watch sports. They have a lot of TV's which is nice. However, to make this short, BAD SERVICE, there's a blonde kid who has been working there forever who constantly makes mistakes and will completely forget your order 50% of the time. Don't try to get too rowdy while watching your favorite sports team in the playoffs, cause they might cut you off or kick you out even tho your not drunk or doing anything too obnoxious. Wish there were more cool sports bars around inland Oceanside/Vista, cause this isn't one of them. I recommend heading the coast if you want a nicer friendlier option. read more

Never again. We have had really inconsistent experiences with this place. Tonight we ordered through a food delivery service and my husband's grilled chicken sandwich was rubbery and overcooked, the onion rings were soggy, the sweet potato fries were soggy, they gave us NO ranch for our potato skins, and our dessert was a burnt cookie with no ice cream, chocolate, etc. We had an issue before and the person we spoke to was incredibly rude and unhelpful. The place itself was over capacity according to COVID guidelines even though there is outdoor seating not being used. No mask enforcement for people walking around (not at their tables).
