Service was awful and very slow. This is the sausage and chopped pepper and onions sandwich. You decided, I had and it's not good!

Food on the money , wings are excellent and are priced on point , staff extra friendly, parking was very accessible and only 5 bucks plus they have the statue of the French Connection located right next to this place. Being a Devils fan it was still cool to see. Music wasn't to bad either just the right volume.

I could write an entire article on The Draft Room. They have it all. Locationally, spatially (so much seating it's ridiculous), drink selection-wise, the fact that they have propane heaters & corn hole outside. It's a full-package kinda place. But do you know what stood out to me the most about going there (2 nights in a row but we won't talk about that)? The work culture. Listen, I made my rounds, talked to a fair amount of employees, & got a good sense of what this place is like behind the scenes. Not in an intentional, FBI, investigative sort of way. I'm not insane. But I am overly aware of how warped the restaurant industry's underbelly is & how tough it can be on the flip side. It's not easy dealing with the public in such a high volume, fast-paced setting. And being right across the street from Keybank? Get out. They've got every reason to be going out of their minds at all times. Yet every single employee I spoke to there couldn't help but sing praises of the place, its organization, its management, & their coworkers. Someway, somehow, Joe, Matt, & Jason have managed to cultivate & execute one of the purest blueprints for a bar & team that I've seen. This place glows from the inside out & it's a pleasure every time I step foot in there. Truly a salt of the earth space. Also, side note: these Korean barbecue chicken fingers had no right being as good as they were. It hit spots I never knew I had.

Bhavika was a great bartender! She is so knowledgeable about Buffalo and was ready to share all of her awesome drink recommendations. She is so friendly and efficienct.

My sons hockey team rolled in here with 35 people at 1130 on Saturday, they didn't have all their staff but the rolled out the red carpet for us and helped make it work. Kids were accommodated w Sega and cornhole. We got all the food we ordered and management went out of their way for us. Beer was great and food was on point. Thanks again

    Cool art and design inside.

I don't know how I stumbled upon this place in downtown Buffalo but I did after taking the trolley to Canal Street. It's a fairly new vin you that many locals didn't know about it and I'm so lucky I discovered this Jim's which is a brewery & A Tap House. I found it odd that you could only have drinks in either the brewery or the Taphouse but not in both. Later found out it was because of different owners. The place is beyond spacious and even has a bakery. I can only imagine how packed it will be during hockey season since it's right by the stadium. They had a great menu and we enjoyed the candy bacon and pierogi. I was so shocked to learn that Buffalo has a huge polish community!! Yeah for me! I sat in the tap room and there were over 20 beer choices and a lot of them favoring my taste for dark beer. The amazing bartender Kelsey really helped narrow down my choices. My favorite that I didn't think I'd like was the blueberry wheat. Our experience was made extra special because of Chelsea's customer service. Thank you from CA!

The hostess was a class act, server was great and checked in regularly. The food is good, everything is priced about what I expected except the coffee. They only offer French Pressed coffee for $10 (I was able to have 2.25 cups of coffee). I paid $15 for coffee last time I went so that my friend could have one cup and I had three. Lol I do like the creamer, it was creamy thick, complimented the coffee well. I just couldn't believe I paid that for coffee. Normally, I would only drink 2 cups but drank 3 because I couldn't let it go to waste. Don't judge me, this was for brunch at 11am. Lol I recommend sharing plates. Not because the portion sizes are large or anything but just because everything tastes great, why not sample as much as possible. My friends and I tried a pizza, the AMAZING Mac and Cheese, and another time, I tried the cinnamon roll and eggplant sandwich. The bread was amazing, flavor was good but needed more eggplant. It felt like I was eating more bread than anything hearty inside it. Probably wouldn't order that again next time but it was still good. Their seasoned fries are also very good. The frosting on the cinnamon roll made this treat worth getting, it was a little hard/dry on the outside but I imagine that was just a mistake for that day as maybe it could have came to the table sooner. It was still reallyyyy delicious. I'll be returning again to try some other items but definitely come and bring a date. This is a nice spot for brunch, lunch and dinner, with adult family, friends or a date.

It's literally just steps away from the KeyBank Center, making it an ideal pre-game spot. The beer selection is excellent, with tons of options to choose from. My favourite was the Raspberry Wheat, it was super refreshing and packed with flavour. The ladies behind the bar were also kind enough to let me try a couple of different samples before I made my decision, which is always appreciated. For food, I ordered the Blackened Chicken Sandwich. To be honest, it wasn't quite the style of blackened chicken I'm used to. It felt more like grilled chicken with Cajun seasoning than a true blackened preparation. That said, it was still a very enjoyable sandwich. The chicken was juicy, full of flavour, and not dry at all, and the bacon was cooked exactly the way I like it. The fries were nicely seasoned and paired perfectly with the meal. The restaurant itself has a great atmosphere with plenty of seating and lots of TVs, including some absolutely massive screens, making it a great place to catch other games while enjoying a beer. Great beer, good food, friendly service, and an unbeatable location for Sabres fans. I'll definitely be back! For more food, brewery, and travel reviews, check out our YouTube channel A&M Roam!

The place itself is inviting as you pull up, it's basically a victorian style house converted into what is a very cool, casual, dog friendly, brewery & eatery. Note: if you like sours try the Cherry Cobbler sour it is over the top tasty! Also had the Cran Orange Ale which I could have drink a second one of easily too. Now on to the food... I am from Texas, and am a bit picky over BBQ, especially Brisket. Y'all there's nothing worse than a dry piece of smoked brisket... just sayin'. Anyway, I ordered a couple apps and the two meat plate with Chicken & Brisket, Beans, Slaw & the Mac Salad. Y'all, the brisket was moist tender and nicely marbled. I ate half of it before even opening the sauces! Same to be said for the Chicken, it was tender, with the perfect little hint of smoke, legit delicious! I highly recommend this spot when visiting the area... I will definitely be back my next time through.

Several other beers on the menu look tempting too, and they make their own pizza dough! Another plus: the owners are friendly awesome people. I am very likely to return. The inside seating area is larger than it looks like from the outside, with plenty of seating at the bar and at tables, plus an outdoor patio. Restrooms are clearly marked and easy to access. The inside was super cute. It is on main street with the train track so there is basically no parking in the vicinity so it's a cold walk during winter. We ordered Kugel Latke for an appetizer. It was fine, it tasted like uncrisp tater tots. If there was a sauce of sorts to dip it in, it would have been better besides just potato. For mains we shared two half pizzas the Fig& Pig and the Pepperoni + Honey. They were both fine, they were half sized but still didn't seem like a lot. The person I was with thought it was too much fig, but I had no problem so that is preference. Though the pork belly was mainly fat. The people with us weren't fans of their food either. They also added Truffle fries and were told it would be extra which they agreed to, but it was an additional $9 not jut 2 or 3. For the service, we assumed it was all due to the massive party but it wasn't that great. We were right in front of the bartender and our water was refilled once the entire time we were there. We also didn't get silverware and when we asked for napkins we got a single paper one. We were also at the end of the bar which is where the severs would stand or get the food which was directly next to us which was a bit annoying due to the proximity, they were as close as sitting next to us at a table. No one checked on us either thoughtout our time. Overall, the food was fine, nothing amazing. I'm assuming they get a lot of Shea's traffic which is fine if you want a drink with a snack. I would not come here for an actual meal as it is a limited menu and you don't get a lot. The service wasn't great, but we're going with it was due to the large party. None of us will be returning. After seeing his dinner though, I was kicking myself for not ordering food. Recently, I had the opportunity to rectify that and I'm glad I did! Around 5:30pm on a Thursday, I pulled into the huge parking lot (which looking at my first review, is now paved!) and found a spot pretty close to the main entrance. Walking in, there's a host stand straight ahead with a brewery to the right and the dining room to the left. I took a moment to wander around and came away impressed with how large The Ridge West Seneca is. Afterward, I found most of my group had been seated at a both right near the entrance. Cups and glass bottles of water were spread out and menus were laid in front of us. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted to order but looking over the menu, The Ridge has a great variety of food. Our waitress was great with our group of five, one being a (almost) two-year-old. Our waitress was friendly, personable, did a great job checking on us throughout the evening, I know I was at ease throughout the evening. After a few minutes looking at the menu, we all placed our orders and then sat back and caught up. As I mentioned earlier, it's very spacious inside with music playing over the speakers, some TVs playing sports, and plenty of people enjoying the evening. I've seen The Ridge advertise their outdoor patio and seeing it in person, it looked awesome! The turnaround time from ordering to our dinners arriving was very reasonable, what I would expect for a group our size. For dinner, I ordered their Rustler Burger (8 oz. burger topped with cheddar cheese, a couple strips of bacon, BBQ sauce, crispy onion strings, fried jalapenos, and siracha aioli between a toasted brioche bun), cooked "medium", with a side of fries and their roasted red pepper fry sauce. The burger was excellent!! A hearty patty, cooked to a perfect "medium", topped with nice, big, crispy pieces of bacon, nicely melted cheddar cheese and plenty of crispy onion strings and fried jalapenos on both the top and bottom! The siracha aioli was creamy with a nice spicy, slightly sweet flavor. The fries were cooked perfectly - not soft but not crunchy, perfectly crispy and nicely seasoned. The roasted red pepper fry sauce had a thick texture and great, almost smoky flavor. They have several other fry sauces to pick from so I'll switch it up the next time I come. The portion sizes here are excellent - I've been to other restaurants where their side of fries is... weak, but The Ridge West Seneca, between the generous amount of fries and the big burger, I was far from disappointed! For the price, between the excellent quality and great portions, I thought the price was in-line, very reasonable! I, and the group I was with, had a great experience at The Ridge West Seneca! Friendly staff, great food (both quality and portions), and a cool atmosphere. The restaurant itself has a relaxed atmosphere with indoor and outdoor dining along with a bar.
