I've been coming here since they've been opened! Wonderful BBQ, great craft beer, unique crowd that makes you feel like you fit right in! It is more of a help yourself style so if you're looking for a full service experience try it cozying up at the bar!!

I've been wanting to try their BBQ since I heard their commercial on the radio and finally got the opportunity. My friend joined me and neither of us drink much alcohol so we were strictly there for food. There is no wait staff. I was glad they brought our food out to us, at least, but basically you can order from the table by scanning the code and grab your food from the pick up window or order from the bar when ready. So after sitting and deciding our meal we went up to the bar. We waited a moment and a staff member took our order. To be noted: they do not have drinks on tap, like Pepsi or Coke. The explanation was that there simply is no room. Can't order a jack and coke for example. They do have bottled Stewart's soda. There is no diet soda option. There weren't a lot of food options. And 2 choices were marked sold out. I was still happy with my options and meal. Our food didn't take long at all. I enjoyed the brisket (chose two sauces) and my two sides (mac and cheese and loaded potato salad). For the sauces, I had the OG BBQ and Tennessee Red. The red was a little spicy but nothing overwhelming. Both were good. They had about 5 more sauce options to choose from. To finish checking out, we had to stand at the bar and wait. That's probably the only thing I didn't like was not having wait staff or drink refills. Otherwise, both staff and patrons were very polite and personable. Even though it looks fancy on the outside it's casual. You can dress up or down and be perfectly fine there. They had a TV up with trivia questions too.

Came on a Friday night for a fish fry. The piece of fish was large, lightly seasoned with black pepper and salt, and super flaky. It came with a dill pickle Mac salad which was delicious, and coleslaw, fries, ketchup, tartar sauce and a lemon wedge. All of it was enjoyable and it was a large portion. They have a variety of beers on tap and two kombuchas on tap as well. I enjoyed their cream ale and Irish red beers. They also serve wine. We sat at the bar and there were coat hooks. Service was great! I will say it was a little awkward to eat at the bar due to the height of the bar stool and large ledge, so I wouldn't sit there again for dinner. Atmosphere: there's a variety of seating including high top tables and couch seating. You need to order food and drinks either at the bar or through your phone by scanning a QR code. They have a private parking lot but it's not huge, so we had to park a block away. I got the impression they draw a lot of regulars while we were there on a Friday.

We were looking for our first fish fry of this lent season and saw they have them. The fish fry was great. Good sized fish, fries were good, the macaroni salad was great and the coleslaw was good. Although I knew I'd be stuffed I had to get the fried cheese curds too. I love fried cheese curds and rarely see them in WNY. They were great. The Alabama white sauce went well with them. The beer was also great. Had the brown ale, my wife had the cream ale, and we split the Irish red. Each was distinct and tasty.

Mac Attack Brisket Slider Trio 9/10

Pork Bellies BBQ: Seems that their menu changes every so often because there's different items than when we came here last time. I was hoping to get the burnt ends again but they weren't on the menu today. (Still wishing they would do a slider trio with 3 different sliders) Mac Attack Brisket Sliders 7/10 Not as good as the last time I had these. Rating is mostly because of inconsistencies. The mac and cheese is very plain noodle tasting. Needs more cheese for sure. Slider 1: 7/10 the meat is a little too dry and doesn't really taste like anything to me. I definitely need more sauce. I think it was from the smaller end of the pork so it cooked faster and had a little more bark on it. Slider 2: 9/10 you could tell this meat was from the pork butt, it tasted completely different. It was juicy and a more flavorful cut of meat. I still would like a tiny bit more sauce. Just a couple drops. Slider 3: 8/10 was more on the dry side with some juicy bits in there. Kind of a combination of the first two. Cheesy Corn Bites 9/10. You get 7 bites, which is plenty to share between two people. I definitely don't get any cheese flavor, but they do have a great elote flavor, which is a little spicy for me personally. I need to take breaks in between each individual corn bite, but I still ate them all! Lightning sauce is horse radishy, but if you just dip a tiny bit on the bite, you barely taste it.

Loved it here! They smoke the wings and then fry them and have a bunch of homemade sauces so they had a deliciously unique flavor. Chicken waffle sandwich was delicious as well. Good beer. Good music. Board games and a popcorn machine too!

Great spot! Amazing atmosphere! Live music and beer nothing better ! Pot stickers were great from pork bellies and the beer is fantastic

Neat place. Nanobrewery serving high quality craft beer and BBQ. Good use of the indoor space which is segmented into various rooms. The outdoor space/patio was hopping and definitely a huge draw when the weather's good. Ordering process is great. You place your order on the app and pick it up when you get an alert on your phone. Sorta like Panera Bread, but your phone is both the kiosk and the buzzer. FOOD Small Plate (Burnt Ends) - very tender and juicy. Sweeter than I've ever had, but tasty. Dish wasn't as hot (temperature) as I would like it. BBQuterie Board (Brisket, Pulled Pork, Sausage and Chicken) - Excellent offering, so you can try a lot of items. Everything was very good. I'm usually a big fan of brisket, but I have to say that the Chicken was the best. Again, temperature should have been warmer. Sides (Coleslaw, Macaroni Salad, and Mac and Cheese) - Coleslaw and Macaroni Salad were excellent. Mac and Cheese was good. DRINKS Beer (flight) - They offered 10 different beers. I had a flight of 4 beers and they were all very good. Nanobrewery + BBQ is a great concept. Ordering process is very impressive. A very good night out for casual food and drinks.

Nice to see this building (the old Pairings wine bar) tranformed into this brewery! I made a midweek visit about 4:30, found a spot bar the bar was happy to see a familiar face and meet a few new ones.I also couldn't wait to start sampling so I choose a flight of 4. Great way to familiarize yourself with their offerings. I loved every single one of my choices and decided on a pint of my top pick but not before ordering some food from the small plate weekday menu. Was I disappointed there was no full blown barbecue or barbqcuterie should I say on the menu? Yes, but that's now the excuse to come back on the weekend! The outdoor patio look to be hopping on a Wednesday. Next visit I'll sit outside!

Stopped in here for some celebratory drinks with some friends during Music on Main to check it out after their recent opening. We were lucky enough to snag parking spots in their small parking lot (there is some street parking available as well) and a table on their lawn. I loved the patio set up and they had a singer performing which was great. We all opted for flights so we could try a bunch of their beers. I wasn't overly impressed with the beers themselves but I'm sure as they get more comfortable they will improve. They weren't bad or anything but weren't anything to write home about either. The food offerings were mostly fried food which was a bit disappointing so I hope they expand that in the future as well. Overall, really cool place and I'm looking forward to seeing how it develops. Glad to see the old Pairings house occupied.

Great place. Excellent beer, cocktail and wine selection. The food from Pork Bellies BBQ was pretty good too. It had a nice laid back vibe. We will be back.

Brisket Benny and corn cheddar bites

I went for brunch last weekend and was super impressed! The inside is unique and provides different options for seating. The front room has some games stashed next to the tv too if you're with a group! The mimosa was good and only $5. It was filled to the top which is a plus. They also offer a selection of beers they brew themselves and some additional options. The restaurant is technically another business within the brewery and you order via your phone and QR code. It's very convenient and easy to use. There is a brunch menu for Sunday and it changes weekly. I ordered the brisket Benny and the corn cheddar bites to try. First of all, the corn cheddar bites were so yummy! The perfect crunch on the outside with corn and cheese on the inside. It comes with a white bbq sauce for dipping which I also really liked. The brisket Benny was a real treat!! I did not expect as much brisket as I got and it was mouthwatering. The Benny comes on a sugared waffle instead of an English muffin. The hollandaise was good and the egg was poached perfectly. I fully intend to return to try some brews and more bbq.

Well, they were on the list of Yelp Buffalo's top places to eat in 2025, so of course we had to give them a try. The space itself is really beautiful. Nestled alongside a river with a cabinesque vibe. Stone exterior, with wood floors, exposed brick, and large fermentation tanks on the interior. It's really quite cozy. As for food, our table shared one of their tasty dips - the elote one to be exact. Elote is delicious on its own, but in dip form with pickled red onions, fire! I could eat an entire bucket of this stuff. When it came to my main course I ordered what I call the basic girl dinner, a caesar salad and fries... but here I went with the tater tots because I was told they are heavenly. My salad was a good portion size and exactly what you want when you order a caesar. As for the tots, the amount you get is insane and they were in fact, fried to a crispy perfection. They definitely hit the spot. Overall, I really enjoyed my meal and I can see why Yelpers in Buffalo rate this spot so high. If I lived nearby I would definitely be a frequent flyer.

The service was good. It was relatively busy the night I was there, but the service was still quick enough and even a bit conversational - I recall one of the bartenders worked at Silversmith in the warmer months, and travels southeast Asia in the colder months, which is pretty cool.
